Should have known we were off to a bad start from the beginning. Sunday 10-15-23 2:59 pm. Heath, Ohio, Server: 339 Makayla. The place was not busy at all, only 4 or 5 tables in the whole restaurant. Long wait to finally see a waitress, and then waited over an hour for our food which was by then...cold/dry. Terrible and disappointing service.

Pleasant service and food

went to the ihop in dallas plano and i have to say i wasn't too impressed with the quality of the food. One of our eggs was served raw and the pancakes were so so. Unless youre drunk and 3pm this isn't really the place to go.

My husband and I are seniors and go to IHOP often. We try all the restaurants, and are happy with the food. Recently we visited the one by the VA hospital in Denver. We both ordered 3 pancakes. I used rewards, and my husband paid for his as the waitress said we couldn't use more than 3 rewards for my pancakes. My husband was charged $8 for his pancakes, even though there was a big sign on the table that said "all you can eat pancakes $5". Waitress was absolutely clueless. We've decided we probably won't go back again.

My husband and I went for a late breakfast yesterday and had a horrible experience! When we got there, it took the waitress 10 minutes to come over to take her order and then we waited a half hour for our food. While we were waiting, we heard waitresses first tell other tables that they had run out of bacon. Then we heard waitresses telling customers that they were out of bacon and ham. Before we were leaving, they seated a family and told them that they had run out of napkins and did not have anything to wrap the silverware in. They then brought them ripped off pieces of paper towel from the bathrooms. I would think this would be a health violation , when we got our orders they were ice cold and they were wrong and my husband didn’t get his complete order. Our waitress never came back to check on us so I had to go find somebody to get butter. Our food was so cold that the butter just ripped up the pancakes . When we were leaving, they were still excepting customers coming in and not telling them about the things they were out of.

I an 14 year old young man, I want to be a food critic one day and this is my first review i love I hop but this Unexceptionable We went to the one on Woodruff Road in Greenville SC. The floors, tables and the menu's were sticky. I wish they could do better than that. The food was not as good as it could have been. I ordered regular milk but it tasted like Almond milk,and the restrooms were very dirty. They were not even busy.The wait staff were to busy talking and not taking care of the customers. If a 14 year old kid,who is normally messy and has to be told what should be kept clean? The people who have chosen this as a way to make their money,should take pride in what they do. After all, they represent the company of I hop. I hop they will do better in the future.

Went to IHOP in Whittier and tried the ihoppy hour food specials.I was surprised to see how good it was and service was good as well.I recommend trying this place.

Location not busy. Waitress picked picked up payment for check that was covered by two gift cards. She returned and advised one card had $4 on it other only $2. It was newly purchased $25 card. She kept the card and collected additional $20+ from us. We let her openly steal from us rather than make a scene.
