This was an Excellent experience, better than we have had in a very long time. Our Server was Taylor M....check#87596604 Our visit was at 1:30 pm @the Olive Branch, Ms location. Sat March 9,2024. I just want this store and staff to know that we had a really great experience...our server Taylor M. Was energetic, smiling, very helpful, attentive and knowledgable about the food and menu..My husband and I felt like she really cared about our food choices and tried to help us with our IHOP app so we could use our reward points... Everyone including the manager was so helpful and polite. We will certainly be returning to this location soon Store #2032 Sincerely, Holley & William Gaines You need more servers like Taylor... Great Job!!!!

I placed a to go order and called the local number which directed me to a call center. I wanted turkey instead of pork so they said that I had to call the store (which I thought I was doing already). I spoke to someone on the phone who took my order (I later found out that her name was Diane). She said that she couldn't take my card over the phone, which was fine because my sister was picking both of our orders up. I gave her my card. When she arrived, they said that it was not ready but hers was and that there were orders ahead of mine. She asked for an ETA which there was not. She brought the food back and I said I'll go get the other order. We live 10 minutes away. When she came I called the local number again which directed me to the call center. They could not find my order and I asked to be connected with the store. The store said that it was ready even though my sister just left ten minutes ago and they said it was not and there were orders ahead as well. She would have waited. I got to the store and it was indeed crowded, which was understandable on a Sunday and I asked for my order. They asked for payment. I said my sister just left ten minutes ago or so and she paid with my card. They said it had on the receipt and they showed me "NP". I reiterated that it was paid but realized my receipt was still right outside in my car. I got the receipt and showed them the charge plus my sister left a tip. I told them to look at the receipt and everyone there were about 3 people at the front at that point kept saying I didn't pay. I even logged into my Navy Federal app and showed them the pending charge for 40 something for my family meal.I asked for a manger at that point, and they called Diane. She came up and said you didn't pay. I showed her the receipt and the pending charge on my bank account. She didn't want to look and just kept saying I need to pay and then she said I'm the one you spoke to on the phone didn't I tell you that you couldn't pay over the phone. I said I know and I'm showing you the receipt from just minutes ago when my sister PHYSICALLY came in and paid with my card. She started saying ma'am ma'am calm down I am trying to help you and figure out what's going on. I said I am calm (I was annoyed and raised my voice slightly because she wasn't looking at the black and white evidence that was being presented but I did not yell and I was not being belligerent as she was implying). At this point the whole restaurant was looking at the spectacle. I was completely embarrassed! She then proceeded to say I'm not just going to let food walk out of here, which added to the embarrassment because now you're saying that I'm trying to steal food! I said but my sister JUST PAID I'm showing you the receipt and pending charge on my card! I told her that I didn't like the implication. She said ma'am I told you that you can't pay with a card over the phone. I don't understand what the disconnect was or why this lady was so unprofessional, ignorant, and just unintelligent. Now on to the food. The meat was fine but there was no cheese on the eggs and I asked for them to be well done they were runny. 4 pancakes were normal size and 4 were super small. In the bag there were no napkins, forks, syrup, butter, nothing but the food. Do better, I work too hard to earn my money to be belittled by a rude employee and to be accused of stealing is unexcusable!

Anyone reading this CAUTION IHOP has the worst food safety record. Visited IHOP #471 on Feb 13th, 2024 at 1 am and ordered Spicy Poblano Omelet. About 3 hours after consuming this crap suffered from excruciating tummy pain and sweating that lasted for an hour. Almost passed out. It was apparently the shredded beef that was contaminated because my companion ordered a veggie omelet and did not have any consequences. It is needles to say IHOP is one of the worst restaurants when it comes to food or customer safety. Surely the management will have a canned corporate BS to protect the brand BUYER BEWARE!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The food was good. Stephanie was Great! We snowbird for Jan and Feb and visited restaurants in Placida, Englewood, Venice, North Port, and Punta Gorda, Stephanie was (by far) the "best' waitress we have had the pleasure of meeting, service was great. Hire more Stephanie (s). James and Jackie

Well where do I start. First, I waited 5-10 minutes, they weren't busy, then a young man came in to pickup an order, and I'm still standing there while the staff sees me and after serving the young man, then a male server, and short Spanish server says how can I help you, she will be right with you, she took a phone call first. So, then a lady came out to help but talked to a man to take out food too, then I said something first to help me, place my order. So, I ordered egg benedict, 3 sides of hash browns, Colorado omelet with extra sour cream, and French toast with strawberries and bananas on it. Waited about 10 more minutes, I checked my food, since they need lots of help from previous visits. So, I get home 30 minutes later, and no extra sour cream, no sauce on the egg benedict, the French toast crust was hard, and inside was soft, along with only 4 strawberries, bananas were brown, I had hair in my food, along with my mom had hair too in the food, no hairnets, or gloves worn. So, we didn't finish the food because of the issues. This isn't the first time. So paying for extra sour cream and the food is still not a reason to go back until 2-3 years from now, or longer.

The so called “biscuit “ was a hockey puck, in shape and taste. So the biscuit and gravy was a “no winner and never order again “

IHOP FLORIDA-INTERNATIONAL DRIVE the servers here are 10/10. I feel bad for the servers because they're genuine down to earth people. The food compared to 4 years ago though is horrific. Nothing here is seasoned. The chips taste like nothing. The breakfast you can tell is made with powdered cheap ingredients. The pancakes just taste raw and, they smother them in sauce to mask how disgusting they taste. $14.95 for a phillysteakhouse with slices of plastic cheese on it, overdone and again cheap unseasoned steak. Anything else on the menu, tasteless, unseasoned, and smothered in sauce to mask the taste. IHOP quickly turned into what now seems like a fast food McDonald's like restaurant. Don't eat st IHOP until they change their ingredients and make the food edible again..
