Great service and great staff and great variety of food

Waited 15 minutes for a waitress after we were seated, asked the hostess why we weren’t being waited on, she did not know. Left when we could not get anyone to take our order, young staff just stood around, there was a manager out back just smoking, told him our problem, ALL we got was a sorry while he kept on smoking. Went down the road to Jimmy Eggs, just as busy, and served coffee 30 seconds of sitting down. Do NOT waste your time with IHop.

My family went to ihop for breakfast I ordered the bourbon bacon eggs Benedict.it was the worst food I have ever had. Unateibul, overpowering odd taste. Everything else was fine.

Me and my grandparents had a really nice and positive waiter named Ashley. She was an amazing server and an brought a very positive energy to the table. The food was good too and I even had to get an extra sandwich to go 😂

Went to IHOP following my niece’s dance recital as a group of 10. Walking up to the main entrance there was vomit within 2 feet of the door. We maneuvered past it to enter. I went to the restroom and the bathroom floor was sticky. After waiting for a takeout order to be completed, we were seated in a waiting room with 1 other table and were told by the waitress “just so you know you’re gonna have a wait because I’ve got to pull some to go orders”. We were not asked what we wanted to drink or even offered water while we waited. We sat for about 10 minutes then noticed the family that was seated before we ever came in also did not have any drinks on their table and were looking around confused about the service. We made the decision to leave because it was obvious that we were not going to get any kind of service worth paying for. As soon as we got up to leave the other family followed suit and left as well. These were 2 family parties of at least 20 people combined and there appeared to be only 1 elderly female staffed to work the waiting room and obviously pull to go orders as well. We took our business to Cracker Barrel and got seated immediately and the customer service was great. IHOP will be closing its doors permanently if there isn’t an improvement in their cleanliness and customer service. I haven’t been to an IHOP in years because the locations are always outdated, unclean and have poor customer service.

IHOP #1618 Boulder Hwy, worst service ever. We waited 1hr -15 minutes for our lunch/breakfast and then when asked for discount they gave me $1.57 discount on a bill of $107.65. I have always been a fan of IHOP until today. You guys are getting worst every day. CK#105690315 -- Never again.

We all enjoyed our meals- 7 people. My greatest enjoyment was our server,Lefteri. She took all of our meal orders as well as drink orders without the use of a notebook! We were thoroughly impressed. Nothing was missing or incorrect. Actually every staff we encountered, including the manager was pleasant. (4/21/24 around 4pm Baymeadows Jacksonville)

1. Sat until our food arrived without silverware 2. Ordered crispy bacon (not crispy at all) 3. Waitress never came back to check on us after we received our food. We needed tabasco sauce, strawberry syrup and more napkins. 4. Someone needs to train these servers how tp take care of customers 5. Worst crepes ever had!
