Purchased the Normatec 3- Legs to try and help recovery after a torn meniscus. Had them a little over a year when my puppy decided one was a chew toy. I thought I stopped her quickly but it wasn’t quick enough. She chewed a zipper and it wouldn’t zip all the way. I contacted Normatec and they were able to sell me a single boot instead of needing to buy a whole new set.

Valeria and Hyperice are rockstars. Provided best customer service you could ever ask for. Purchased entire body Normatec and had problem with zipper on one of the legs. Provided prompt attention and great service. Will be a repeat client!!!

Hyperice responded incredibly quickly to my email about a problem I am having with my Normatic leg boot. They solved my problem immediately and are helping me out even though my device is outside of its warranty. I appreciate the friendly, speedy response and how quickly this matter has been resolved. Beyond my wildest dreams! And I love my Hyperice/ Normatec leg machine and use it nearly every day.

We are a physical therapy practice and use our Hyperice 2 multiple times a day as part of our patients’ care. We purchased the unit in December 2025 and later experienced an issue with the motor. After I contacted the support team, they quickly helped resolve the issue and sent us a replacement unit. We really appreciated their prompt and helpful service.
