I had a hyper ice vibrator that I had used maybe 10 times in the front end broke off. I called the company left a message and hoped for the best. I got a call the following day offering me a brand new device and was very cordial through the whole process. It’s folks like hyper ice. That make you wanna do business with them. I spoke with a young man named Jack and he was extremely helpful.

I had a HyperVolt 2 that had battery that died. I contacted customer support and was helped by an agent named Isabella. First, she recommended trying a new charger which she sent me free of charge. When that did not resolve the issue, she gave me "out of warranty" options that were reasonable compared to out & out buying a brand-new unit. Since I was a previous customer replacing a unit, they gave me the option to a new one for $100, a substantial savings. I received my new unit quickly. The entire time I worked with the same person (Isabella) who was friendly and very responsive. I felt I received great customer service and I was happy with the results.

I wrote to the internationell support about my hypervolt+ that was gaping sometimes and if you could do anything about it. The pistom was 1,5 years old and they gav me a new one. Since my model had discontinued they gave me a new hypervolt pro that came with an app with different treatment program. All without charge. The machine is great and I can realy recommand hyperice and their massage pistols

I purchased a Hyperice Venom 2 for my back pain after it was recommended by my doctor. It helps so much. I used it almost every day. After a year and a half it stopped charging, but when I reached out to customer service, they quickly offered a replacement. I’m so thankful for the great customer service they provided. I really depend on my Venom 2 for relief from my back pain. I would definitely recommend this product, it is worth the cost!
