Hyperice Nordic gave me the kind of customer service that prompted me to write a 1-star review. Shortly after Hyperice International reached out to me to ensure me they hold great pride in providing the level of customer service that warrants their current Trustpilot rating. After exchanging a few emails, at first they offered me 50% off on the new model. Later on they made the call to replace the device which had turned really noisy with a new one of the same model. Even though it was way beyond the warranty period. Communication was friendly and solution oriented.

I used Hypervolt for years. The original Pro device served me for 4 years. The 2 Pro has a design fault: the rubber grip will expand and prevent the battery from maintaining a consistent connection to the device. I reached out to Hyperice and they said the 3 Pro model is a completely new design and doesn’t suffer from this issue. They offered me an upgrade option to the new model.

I ordered through Healf, which was a great service. Product developed a fault with the zip and pump on one side. Returned and new unit sent promptly. Very happy. I love the boots which have been a game changer for my chronic knee issues. Now able to consistently exercise and get much fitter. Hyperice UK support were v helpful. Thank you Alex and William.

First my experience prior to receiving the gun.. I was very excited to order my wife a massage gun from them as she is a massage therapist and loves the one she uses at work. I went to the website where they are advertising free express shipping so you can get your item by Christmas guaranteed! I placed an order on the 13th.. after educating myself on their website it stated that they process and ship out order within 2-3 days and then express shipping takes 1-2 days. When the 18th arrived I had yet to receive anything from hyperice saying the order has shipped. So naturally after waiting the 3 initial days I send an email to customer support... never heard back. The next day I go to the website and try to use the “live chat” and yet it is not available, even though I went on during business hours. I call the phone number, wait a couple minutes then get a message saying they are too busy and to leave a message but then it hangs up on me. So finally the next day I reach out to hyperice via Twitter because social media seems to be the only way to get peoples attention these days and I finally get a response from hyperice telling me to send them a DM with my order number so they can help and what would you know! They don’t have DMs available. I get a message saying this account can not be messaged. So after feeling fed up, The next day I go back to the website and the live chat is working so I finally get to speak to someone who gives me a bunch of excuses for why the orders aren’t shipped. While talking to customer service I ask for a refund and was told hyperice refuses to give refunds on your order after you place it, even though they didn’t meet their own standards of time that THEY advertise and your only way to receive a refund is to not accept the order when they attempt to deliver it (because all orders require a signature). The customer service rep states that orders cannot be canceled when they are placed because they are “immediately processed” then 2 minutes before was telling me how the order takes DAYS TO BE PROCESSED. So which one is it. Update: The company finally had a representative reach out to me. I also was able to get a verification that my order should be arriving tomorrow. I will provide updates to verify the legitimacy of this and my review will reflect the outcome. Final Update: I received the order 2 days prior to Christmas thank goodness! The representative that reached out to me via email did a check-up to ensure I received the order which I do appreciate. So the item arrived before Christmas as promised I just wish I could’ve been communicated with when my order was sent out, it would’ve saved a big headache but what’s done is done and I appreciate that they did what they could to make the situation right. My wife was so excited when she got the massage gun I have never seen her so happy! It was so worth it just for the smile on her face and she is already setting regimens to use it daily for her benefit. The product came in lovely packaging and looks very high end. So far, I am impressed!
