I have been using the Hyperice products for a few years now and think they are great. My Venom Back recently started having battery issues. Their customer service was outstanding, very fast responses and they stood behind their product to help me solve my issue.

I’m a professional S&C Coach. I’ve used hyperice products for professional and personal recovery tools for years. My personal products, both the hypervolt and the normatec compression boots have died with minimal use. They were meticulously taken care of and have stopped accepting a charge. I reached out to customer service and they simply told me my product was no longer under warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. This is nearly $2,000 worth of products that definitely aren’t worth a fraction of that cost. I won’t be using these with my professional athletes, my Military Special Operators, or my personal use any longer. I’d recommend going with the cheaper, Chinese options.

I flew to my Father’s house to help him as he is dealing with dementia. In his office I found a box with Normatecs that had never been opened. Plugged it in so he could use them and the Y-connector only had oxygen coming out one side, only inflating one leg. I reached out to support and found out they stopped making the 2.0 version a couple years ago. Even though they haven’t made them anymore, Jack from customer support, had a new connector shipped out…complimentary. Great customer support! Thank you, Jack!

In this day and age when customer service is often so middling or poor, it is delightful to receive Hyperice’s FANTASTIC customer service. I emailed with a question, an amazing person (Valeria) offered to to investigate, came up with a solution, emailed me several times, followed up and delivered. Awesome. Hyperice products are great. I have a collection of them for various places, and have given them as gifts to others. But I didn’t know until today how their great product is backed by superb customer service. Thank you Valeria. Great experience with Hyperice today. Love my Hypervolt but battery dead and no longer available. Called customer service, GOT A REP IMMEDIATELY (a REAL person!) who was Efficient AND professional! Sent me a form to replace with a new one at a discount and I was DONE in 5 minutes. No hassle! Easy! Silly, but I'm so delighted to get a new one in 7 days! Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. THANK YOU!' 😊
