The customer service I received was absolutely appalling. I had to get in touch as after 5 business days I still hadn’t got the shipping information for my order and Alex Moscalu replied to my email saying size 8 was out of stock when I ordered a size 7. Days later I had to chase it up again and he said size 7 was also out of stock (it obviously wasn’t when I paid and placed the order) and that they could refund 10% if I wanted to wait a month for the restock or they could cancel the order and issue a full refund so I opted for the second option. I’m yet to receive an email that the order has been cancelled and refund issued. What an absolute headache, will probably have to chase it up and dispute the transaction with my bank. This company has no concept of customer service never shopping with them again.

I don't know if their products are good or not, but dealing with them as a customer is horrendous! They are unresponsive, then when they respond they are incurring incredibly unhelpful. I placed an order to be picked up same day at best buy, since I didn't want to wait for shipping. I don't know what is going on with the order because there is no updates that they send listing me know the status, or when i could expect it to be ready to pick up. I don't even know if they are out of stock, and even if they were, there is no option to pick it up at another store that has them in stock, or just have them ship it. Whe I emailed them, they didn't respond for 2 days, then when they finally did, they basically said, since it was scheduled to pick up at best buy, they don't have any insight into what going on with it and "if i wanted i could call them and ask" which is very unhelpful. I asked if I could cancel and reorder a different way, and they say there is nothing they can do to cancel the order... which is complete bull. They just don't want to. I will be returning this as soon as they let me pick it up and never buying any of their products again. The customer experience has been horrible.

I’m a professional S&C Coach. I’ve used hyperice products for professional and personal recovery tools for years. My personal products, both the hypervolt and the normatec compression boots have died with minimal use. They were meticulously taken care of and have stopped accepting a charge. I reached out to customer service and they simply told me my product was no longer under warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. This is nearly $2,000 worth of products that definitely aren’t worth a fraction of that cost. I won’t be using these with my professional athletes, my Military Special Operators, or my personal use any longer. I’d recommend going with the cheaper, Chinese options.

On two occasions, I ordered a Venom 2 and received order confirmations on both. I was even informed of their arrival on its scheduled day. However, neither product arrived, and I learned that Hyperice had randomly cancelled both orders without bothering to let me know. So there I was, with a painful back, left to wonder what happened to the relief I thought was coming. Needless to say, I've taken my business somewhere else.

Update after reading Hyperice's response: "Though the team has maintained consistent communication across all necessary channels, " I would think your customer would be a "necessary" channel. Not once, in a year, has Hyperice reached out with an update, to see how I was enjoying using the massage gun without the missing feature, or to let me know the issue is still being worked on. Heck, even reach out for troubleshooting help, since this problem is not widespread. Again, it's been a year. Don't sugarcoat it as "recent". And while I realize it's important to respond publicly to try to save face, it would've been a nice touch to reach out to me directly. ------------------------- Hyperice makes great hardware. There customer support is the worst I've ever come across. Constantly saying they are looking into the issue, then no word until I reach out, up to months later, asking the status. Still no resolution after a year.

I ordered the Hyper Boots with next-day delivery, but the package never arrived. When I contacted Hyperice customer service, they were unhelpful and failed to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Breanna and Valeria made my experience horrible! I asked a simple question and it took them over 15 emails to give me a STRAIGHT answer! And lies a few lies too! Your request (1226163) I ended up returning the boots! Horrible customer service! They don't read the questions, just copy and paste generic prompts! Ai could do better! They also lied about the return process! OMG horribly disappointed!!

asked for order 41337 to be cancelled which they did, value of order over $1500. They also advised that refund had not been processed and did not advise when refund would be processed. No customer service number to call, just an email address. Very poor service
