Hyperice are a great Company and always go the extra mile for us customers.

I have severe spinal and nerve damage. One of my best sources of relief is a heated massage device; I have several. I was referred to Hyperice after an extensive ChatGPT search for better, more professional level therapy. After discovering these I bought two. When an issue developed with one, they quickly replaced it. It's becoming more rare it seems to find this level of quality and product support. Bravo Zulu Hyperice (milspeak for Well Done)!

My order never showed up, and the delivery status just stayed at “waiting for details.” I waited a week and a half past the expected delivery date before finally hearing back that they’d look into it. Not long after that, I got a refund with no explanation. I had to contact them again myself, only to find out the item was out of stock. I placed this order a month ago. If they’d told me from the start that it wasn’t available, I would’ve ordered something else instead of waiting a month for nothing. The lack of communication was really frustrating. Customers shouldn’t be left waiting for weeks with no updates, only to have their order canceled and refunded without any explanation. Update: Customer service saw my review and reached out to me directly. They apologized for what happened and sent me the product. I really appreciate them taking the time to reach out and resolve the issue.
