Great message gun…until you need a battery and can only get it from HYPERICE and shows out of stock. So stuck with a $400 paper weight. UPDATE After posting this, Hyperice customer service politely reached out and sent me a replacement battery for free, even though my device is 5 years old. I really appreciate the great support team resolving my issue. However, I still want to note that requiring customers to go exclusively through Hyperice just to buy a replacement battery for a standard massage gun is a frustrating, anti-consumer practice. While I’m grateful for the fix, I hope they open up their parts availability in the future.

I’ve owned several Hyperice products over the years, including massage and recovery equipment, and overall I’ve had a great experience with the company. This was actually the first time I ever ran into an issue with one of their products, so I reached out to HyperCare for help. Their customer service team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They walked me through the troubleshooting process, communicated clearly, and made me feel like they genuinely wanted to resolve the issue rather than just rush me through support. I’ve spent a good amount of money on Hyperice products over the years, so it’s reassuring to know that the company stands behind what they sell when something does go wrong. Good customer service makes a huge difference, especially with premium recovery equipment. Overall, I’ve been very happy with Hyperice and would definitely continue purchasing their products. Great products backed by a customer service team that actually takes care of its customers.

I recently experienced an issue with the control unit of my Normatec3 system, where the battery wouldn’t charge. The product was purchased new in 2022 (now 2026), but I thought I would contact Hyperice for assistance in resolving the issue. I received a response from Alex Moscalu in Hyperice customer care, who responded promptly with a request for further information and came up with a diagnosis of the issue. I was completely not expecting the response which was that he (Hyperice) would send me a replacement charging unit (free of charge) which correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. All within 3-days! The customer service I received was absolutely superb and I would not hesitate in the slightest, recommending their products to anyone…… outstanding Alex!! Thank you Hyperice

Hyperice Nordic gave me the kind of customer service that prompted me to write a 1-star review. Shortly after Hyperice International reached out to me to ensure me they hold great pride in providing the level of customer service that warrants their current Trustpilot rating. After exchanging a few emails, at first they offered me 50% off on the new model. Later on they made the call to replace the device which had turned really noisy with a new one of the same model. Even though it was way beyond the warranty period. Communication was friendly and solution oriented.
