Excellent product. Great construction. Unfortunately the connector was broken but Customer service promptly addressed the issue! It does a great job and the hyper sphere Mini is fantastic for carrying while traveling to take care of those sore spots you might get from prolonged sitting. Well worth it. Thanks for standing behind your product.

First, I have always been a big fan of the Hypersphere. I think it is a fabulous product. But recently, I dropped my hypersphere causing damage, mostly noise damage the product still worked fine but the noise was intolerable. My last purchase of the Hypersphere was from Amazon, so I had not dealt with the actual company. I went online and purchased a new Hypersphere. Just as I was about to close out my purchase, I realised I didn't know when the product would I arrive. So I contacted customer service, via live chat. She introduced herself as Jeanette. I asked about how long it would take before I would receive my product. I then, a long shot, asked is there any way to fix my old 'sphere?'She then presented me with some options, but also informed me that if I had the serial number, a 50.00 dollar discount would be credited to my current purchase. Talk about getting more than you bargained for. I thanked Jeanette so much, and thought, what tremendous customer service.

I bought the Hyperice several years ago and use it daily. It's very powerful and I work it hard since I'm a 240 lb muscular man with back pain. I've let other bodybuilders and powerlifters at the gym use it and they love it as well. I recently had an issue with the plastic latch breaking off the battery, but since the unit is 3-4 years I was fully prepared to immediately buy another battery. I used the web chat to talk with customer support and to my surprise, they replaced the battery at no cost. I'm very happy with the product and the company behind it.

I had bought Hypervolt+ year a go. I am now 74 and due to Corona I would have been disabled by now. Hypervolt+ gave me at my age mobility and able to function my daily chore. I had some repair to be done on my Hypervolt+ and was under warranty by few days remaining before expiring. Cristina was so helpful and immediately sent me Return label and in two days I got it back. Incredible service.
