Great! I use my Hypervolt Go as a massage therapist, this product is great for applying deeper pressure and accessing trigger points as needed by my Athlete clients!

My hypervolt plus had a hairline crack on the vent casing, i contacted customer service via chat and a young lady named Alejandra assisted me in getting a pre paid label to ship out and replace my unit.

My Hypervolt helps with my back pain and plantar faciitis much better than the expensive physical therapy sessions I was taking before I found Hypervolt.

This product is amazing and I highly recommend it. It is not practical to have a massage every day and can get quite expensive, however, with this product, I can give my muscles relief both before and after playing golf. It is part of my stretching routine that i do daily. Great product. I own the Hypervolt and I just purchased the Hypervolt Plus. Can't wait to try it.

I was trying to save money, so purchased a knockoff Hypervolt. I have a an original Hypervice and love it. When I got the knockoff, I was impressed with the packaging, but as soon as I used it, I was at the highest power, with very little results. I have now returned and am purchasing the Hypervolt! Hyperice customer service was amazing in helping me choose the correct unit.

I have the Normatec 2.0 full body system. I am 5'4" but my legs are short and my torso is longer. I ordered the standard size but the legs were too long. I contacted Hyperice customer support by chat and they went above and beyond to get my longer boots exchanged for the shorter ones. I love my Normatec system, and now that I know the customer service is excellent too, I can highly recommend this product and this company!
