This products is good!!

Product is great, and the Support Team was just as good! Def recommend the Product & Brand. The price of a particular product, goes farther than the actual unit itself, and Hyperice proved that ten-fold, in my experience.

My Hypervolt that I bought a couple of years ago had sustained a broken connector when reinserting the battery. I had made contact to see if it could be repaired but was immediately offered a new unit even though mine was out of warranty. Absolutely delighted with the offer as I totally rely on the Hypervolt keeping my back from locking up

Bought my percussion massager over a year ago and love it. I accidently broke the battery chord, and when I called to see if I could buy a replacement, customer service agent told me they would send one out for free. The agent went out of his way to help me find the order number and was patient and helpful. Good Product + excellent service= good buy

I am a long term owner and have owned two Hyperice knee products for the last 7-8 years. These are excellent for athletic or injury recovery. My daughter played basketball and injured her knee and now her knee aches and swells a bit from any abuse from running/jogging or playing other sports using her knee. Hyperice provides pain relief and reduces any swelling using extreme cold from the compression cooling it provides. I think it is probably second best to the professional circulating ice water pump compression devices that cost thousands.
