I ordered this product after I was in a rear end collision and have experienced neck problems. The message function and heating pad have helped some with my neck pain.

Prompt customer service
Their customer service is very quick to respond! I emailed about returning the product because it wasn't giving me the pain relief I hoped for and they responded within minutes! Since the product has to be returned overseas it wasn't the full refund they advertised but 50%is better than nothing. I should have read the fine print!

We ordered the product
We ordered the product, but unfortunately weren’t satisfied with the product. It didn’t work correctly, so we reached out to the support team which they responded quickly, and was able to come to an agreement on a partial refund.
