DECEPTIVE return policy!! No American return address, must pay return shipping yourself AND they keep half or more of your payment. Go to your bank, file a complaint and maybe get all of your money back. It’s worth the try!! As you see Hugterra responded. HOWEVER I COPIED THEIR RESPONSE; emailed it to them the exact same day. It’s been 11 days and no reply. Thieves!

Purchased for my wife. It didn't work from day one. It wouldn't hold a charge. Don't expect 100% money back or an exchange if you purchase from this company. They say you can pay an exorbitant shipping charge to return it overseas or they will "graciously" give you 25% of the purchase price. Won't live down this "gift".

I purchased the massager in August 2025 and use it about once or twice a week - when time permits. The mold is easy to use, and I prefer the EMS massage over all others. I use it for 15 minutes when I first wake up in the morning to get the creaks out of my neck.

I really hit the jackpot with these Hugterra products! I'd been a chiropractic regular for many years, and now I haven't been to one since! I have the belt, neck, & pillow and they do what no chiropractor ever did. When my back hurts, I get on that belt & 20 minutes later I can get up & go again...no pain. I use the neck so never have neck pain anymore! And that little pillow is great! Love it all!! It's a gift from heaven.

Purchased a neck massager for my wife for Christmas 2025. It worked for two weeks then mid January began working only five or 10 minutes on a charge. Now it is February 5 and it’s not working at all. Certainly not worth it. I’ve updated my review because Hugterra reached out and have offered to replace the defective unit. Anything can malfunction. We’ll see if we receive a new unit and if it works well.

I bought the product and gave it a try. Although it did feel good it wasn’t for my problem. I asked to return it and they said shipping cost would be high and they don’t pay for return. They said they would give me a 50% refund if I left a review.
