Purchased a neck massager for my wife…
Purchased a neck massager for my wife for Christmas 2025. It worked for two weeks then mid January began working only five or 10 minutes on a charge. Now it is February 5 and it’s not working at all. Certainly not worth it. I’ve updated my review because Hugterra reached out and have offered to replace the defective unit. Anything can malfunction. We’ll see if we receive a new unit and if it works well.

The neck massager arrived promptly
The neck massager arrived promptly. Unfortunately the item did not fit my neck very well and is quite hard. I did like the strength of the massage settings and also the heat was sufficient. In order to avoid return shipping costs, I accepted the 30% refund offer.

Hugterra pillow
I ordered the Hugterra pillow. I have had neck pain that causes headaches, and I routinely visit a chiropractor. The "memory foam" that they claim composes the pillow is nowhere near the necessary resilience to support my neck. Also, the design lacks an adequate contour to support the curve of my neck. The customer service was responsive to my email request for a refund, which is why I'm rating 3 stars, but because the pillow is manufactured overseas and ships from Belgium, it is cost-prohibitive to ship it back. They offered me a 30% partial refund to keep the pillow and not assume the cost of shipping it back.

Different returns warehouse?
Where has everyone else been told to return product to? From what i've seen on comments. If you're from US, you get told to return to Europe and if you're from Europe, you're told to return to US. Looks like they just don't want to refund full amounts tbh.

PRICING DIFFERENCES
Product looks interesting, but why are there so many different prices for the same item (Hugterra, Amazon, Walmart, E Bay)?

Regarding the price variations across different platforms, we would like to inform you that even though some products may look similar, they are just copycats of our product, and the quality is much worse. We tested countless other versions, and we can say that ours is the best one. Instead of buying a new product every month, you can buy 1 that will last you for at least 1 year, you save money long-term, which is much more convenient

I purchased this product for my son who…
I purchased this product for my son who has chronic neck pain from a car accident. The product will not help my son, but may work great for others. He asked me to return it. When I asked for return lable, they offered me a 60% refund and keep the product. Say that the shipping will cost more than the product to return it and they will lose money! On your website the "doctor", says full refund within 60 days. You should honor that.
