I found the Hugterra product to be of good quality and sturdy, but I had to ask for a refund. It is just too hard and not comfortable for my neck at all. I had 4 other family members try it and it was not comfortable for them either. The return shipping is very expensive and not covered by the company. The customer service was helpful and informative.

We had an unexpected passing of a family member that the purchase was intended for and needed to return it. Bummer that the return warehouse is in Europe because of the high shipping cost. Thankfully the customer service has been accommodating so far with a partial refund.

Customer service is very responsive! The hugterra didn't work for me, but they offer me 50% refund, and I will keep the product to give as a gift to someone. I agree that it's a good solution, considering the hassle of returning the product. Now I just have to wait for the 50%refund.
