Received Used Unit with Missing Components
Unit that was delivered is obviously used. Not shrink-wrapped in cellophane as other unboxing videos show, and it's missing the charging cord, remote and instructions.

Company went above and beyond
Company went above and beyond on customer service. I lost the remote for the device and upon asking if I could buy a new one they sent me 3 for free. Also the device trifecta (vibration, heat, EMS) work in conjunction very effectively to squash neck pain. I would definitely buy again and recommend to others

This wrist support works!
I have carpal tunnel syndrome, but my doctor said it’s not bad enough for surgery yet. However, I have been having trouble with my hand going numb every night, even using the normal wrist supports. The Hugterra wrist support looked very interesting, and the reviews were good, so I ordered one. I have been wearing it every night for several weeks, and have not had the numbness problem, except for maybe 4 times. I’ve found that if I have it tight enough the problem goes away. I love the way you can adjust the tightness of the support. It really makes a difference. I’ve had no problems with the wrist support so have had no contact with customer service so far.

A great product with great Customer Support
After 3 years with my first Hugterra the charging cord broke. Customer Support replaced it. I could barely wait to get back on my Hugterra maintenance. The game changer is the unique EMS function. Along with the heat and massage functions, I am able to keep my neck and shoulder pain at bay.

TERRIFIC SUPPORT TEAM RESPONSE
Purchasing the Hugterra massager was one of the BEST things I have invested in!! I Love using it as it makes a HUGE difference in my neck and back. I want to compliment the SUPPORT TEAM, though, because without them, my heart would have sunk!! The charger broke one morning, sadly, so I contacted Support and got a response the very next day! A new charger was shipped right away and there were two chargers in the package, so I am covered! I was totally blessed by this prompt very kind service. DO NOT PURCHASE
DO NOT PURCHASE! I bought this massager because of the 60-day money-back guarantee, but it hurt my neck badly. After three unanswered emails trying to get a return address, I had to go through PayPal. They finally gave me a bizarre return address—and I have to pay the return shipping! Terrible customer service and a very frustrating return process. I highly recommend avoiding this company!

18 months of pain FINALLY getter better!!!
18 months! I suffered for 18 months! Referred pain in my neck, shoulder and down my arm to my very numb thumb from a pinched nerve. I couldn't find relief anywhere. In a last ditch effort, I bought the hugterra. The first time I used it, I had it on the lowest levels and it was super uncomfortable. Mostly because my neck hadn't known how to relax in a year and a half. Every day got better. I now use it twice a day. (I love it so much I could lay on it all day!) I worked my way up the settings. It's so fantastic while you're on it. AND the real miracle...my referred pain is FINALLY lessening! There are even moments in the day where I now have NO pain! And when I first noticed that, I cried. Every day feels better. I truly can't even believe it. My only complaint is that it doesn't keep a charge very long. Thank you, Hugterra!!!!

I've been using the hugterra neck…
I've been using the hugterra neck massager for three years, and worn one out. My neck and shoulders are noticeably softer and more relaxed. Thank you for this product
