Love my Hugterra
Love my Hugterra! I have really noticed an improvement in the hump on my neck and started having my husband use it as well. I had an issue and customer service was very responsive, would recommend

Hump Neck Relief
I noticed as I get older, I have a neck hump. Never knew anything could help the hump. I came across Hugterra's neck massager. Product stated with the use of the massager, the hump could be improved or elevated. Excited to try Hugterra's neck massager with different modes. Since it arrived I have used the massager daily. I can feel something is changing. With use of the massager neck issues are better. Feel it is correcting alignment, adjusting posture and helping blood circulation. I haven't used the massager long enough for results, thou I feel it's working. With added features, heat, tens pulsating and stretching of the spine. I know other issues will be benefited.

Best thing sense sliced bread
Best thing sense sliced bread. The first few seconds I thought no way.. and then it seemed to radiate down my spine. Helps me to stretch after each session. For me it creates an overall feeling of well being.

Chef’s kiss!
This neck massager is out of this world! It is so relaxing and comfortable. It is truly remarkable how refreshing it is to have neck pain vanish- especially so easily and relatively inexpensively, and all from the comfort of one’s own home. After purchasing the product several months ago and using it, I knew that it would be essential during the family crisis that I was dealing with all summer, so I brought it with me, and of course, was glad I did. For me, it is somewhat rare to be so satisfied with a product; I am so glad I learned about this amazingly helpful product!

The company is very respectful and…
The company is very respectful and timely in communicating. Unbeknownst to me the customer is that returns are unrealistic because items need to be sent to Europe at the expense of the customer. In lieu of an actual return the company offers a hefty refund 50%.
