I have purchased from HSN for years and always received excellent customer service. I recently moved to another apartment and was suddenly blocked from HSN. After several phone calls & emails they finally admitted that I am blocked because of my new address, me & my credit history are irrelevant. Some former resident at my address didn't pay their bill so now this address is blocked from all future orders at HSN. Using this logic, the people who didn't pay for purchases at this address can now move to my old address and scam HSN all over again because I paid my bills while I lived there. Meanwhile, my bills are paid and I am blocked.

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Don't believe 3-5 day delivery - more like 10-15 days. Clothes looked like they were made by a freshman home ec class - terrible quality. $8.00 to return & each item has to be returned separately. Over 3 weeks to get $$ back & it appears to be an amount they pulled out of the air - about 2/3 of what I paid. And good luck getting thru to customer service. Only shop HSN if you want your blood pressure to go up & your bank account to go down significantly.

If I could put zero stars I would! Have been given the run around for almost 2months with a treadmill I spent hundreds of dollars on and was missing a part and have yet to receive anything. Same old message after message with no real resolve. Horrible experience.

Sooo my last bill in the amount of 33.32 was due on 6.1.20 which I made on 6.1.20 before 5pm. Payment was processed. I checked my account few days later as I always do, and ohh, I have a 25.00 dollar late fee for 6.1.20. I called comenity and asked them why I had been hit with a late fee and stutter, stutter it was because the late fee falls off 24 to 48 hrs after the payment is done processing. How the hell can you give me a late fee if the payment was made on time. It's a good thing I check hmmm. I closed my account. I don't do business with shady banks.. Wonder how many people haven't cought 5his????

Customer representatives are not knowledgeable about orders. Never shipped my order, even though it was 'ready to ship', and customer rep could not provide any reason why. Waited over a month for my order without ever receiving it, and was told week after week by customer reps that my 'shipping confirmation will be emailed in 72 hours' and 'we will reach out to our senior leadership'. Constantly let down, you're better off ordering from QVC.

This company terrible i bought a laptop more then 3 weeks ago and then at the last moment they went ahead and they just cancelled it like many of the reviews on here i can confirm this now . NEVER BUY anything from this company please save your time and money go to Walmart or some other reputable company that does not falsify things to buy and never sends it to you but keeps lying to you .Wait let me add that i talk to 3 managers and 4 agents and non of them knew where my laptop was , Terrible company !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered clothing as my first HSN order around $500.00 worth. I kept one item and returned the rest. I explained to the return representative that I was going through a divorce and unsure when I‘d use the credit. I was assured it would be there. I went to use the credit today and was informed that it expired! After 90 days!!! I called HSN serveral times to see if there was any possible alternative. I was transferred around several times, each time on hold for 20 mins or longer. I was connected to sales who wanted to put me on the air.....I was so tempted but paiently waited again for customer service who hung up on me!!!!
