HSN, Inc.Reviews of hsn.com

I bought 3 sets of 3 in 1 NFL. It shows on video 3 different shirts the guy is wearing. I got my merchandise and received only 2. I called them and customer service said it's only 2 shirts that I should get and the third is when the guy put the two shirts together that is just an example how to wear it. So I told them why would you guys put 3 in 1? False advertisements!!

I ordered a product on HSN. I usually never have issues but now I have had my first and it has been very unpleasant. This was the first time I ordered something as a gift and I received the wrong item. I called customer service and they said they would get a replacement out. The replacement has been sitting in the packaging status for weeks. The CSR has no answers as to when it will ship. I advised her that I needed this as a gift and all she said was I hope you get it in time. No empathy whatsoever. Thinking about closing my HSN credit card account and be done with them.

I thought HSN was a great way to shop but twice now I have placed an order after I was told it was in stock and they have both been cancelled. One was going to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter! If they do not know they are in stock then they should not tell the customers they are....so now once again I lose out and won't have the gift I wanted to give her for Christmas. For my 'inconvenience' they gave me $5 credit, yay... I am very upset because I told the representative that I did not want to order it if she could not tell me they were in stock. She told me I had to place the order first so I did, after i told her I wanted to know first. I placed the order and she told me it did go through and I would get it. Today I get an email telling me they didn't have any and it was being cancelled. Mind you it takes about 2 weeks to get the money back and it also has been 2 weeks since I ordered it. What took so long for them to find they did not have one? HSN needs to get their crap together.. I for one will not buy from them again. Had I known 2 weeks ago they did not have it, I may have had a chance to find it elsewhere. Now I cannot find them anywhere. They are sold out!@

HSN will not provide an email address to share my views and the irritated attitude of the online customer service rep I spoke was frustrating. I confirmed with HSN they received my return that were too busy because covid-19 to process it in a timely manner. I was told to call back and if it hadn't been processed within eight days they would push it through! My responsibility to call them to do their job. Like they're doing me a favor to give me back my money EIGHT DAYS after they confirmed receiving it, which by the way it didn't take 8 minutes to charge when purchasing it. Finally I'm told the refund has been pushed through only to be notified by my bank that they see nothing.

Bought jambu shoes that fell apart after 60 days of course no returns or replacement and they are sorry!!!! You should order from Amazon this wouldn't happen with them.not another dime to hsn..ever!

I wil never order from them again. I return two bras that didn't fit. I returned them SAME DAY I received them. I am still waiting for a refund weeks later. Never again.

I have ordered from QVC and HSN for years! My customer service experience was absolutely horrific!!! It's unreal how they can "not" give you a replacement for an item that you returned. Not refund mind you but REPLACE! Plus, didn't get refunded either (nor replaced). I order at least 90% of everything I use/wear from the internet. I am done with HSN. I have ordered 35 times in the last 60 days from Amazon if that gives you an idea of how much I order online. Done. If I could give a 0 for customer service I would! When they responded to me, it was in all capital letters too. It was ridiculous/embarrassing when I read it.

Beware if you return an item just because don't like it. I returned an item that cost me $3.50 to ship to me. They then charged me $ 7.95 to return it. Costs over twice shipping to send back. This could cost you an arm and a leg to return a big item . Mine was very light weight.
