Eve in customer service is a 5 star employee!! My daughter had bought me a pair of boots and they came in the wrong color, so they were sent back in exchange for the right color. The boots came back brown again so they proceeded to plead with the customer service representative that the boots were wrong on the site, needless to say my daughter wrapped them for Christmas and I needed a larger size anyway so I called customer service and I got the pleasure of talking to Eve “what a lovely young lady”. She is a super hero she fixed our boot color issue and remedied the HSN site issue in a single bound while in keeping with her great customer service Training. Hoorah Eve

hsn sent me $10 off coupon when i ttied to use it supposed to be good nov 20 to dec 31 they told me it was no good. what a rip off why the heck did they even send it if they don't honor it? not good for their reputation. buyer beware

I am very upset with this company. I bought 2 Amazon Kindle Fires with 2 Caseable cases. I received the 2 cases from Caseable.They were backed with stinky plastic from China. caseable emailed me that the same backing would be used again. I spoke with HSN unless I sent the order back their is nothing they can do. I only bought these items because of the cases. HSN should partner with better companies. I will be reporting HSN and Caseable to the BBB and the Attorney General for fraud. Thanks!

I will never shop HSN again. Can’t even offer free shipping on returns. Never again!!

HSN SUCKS BIG RIPOFF

My girlfriend purchased an HP laptop computer from HSN. BEWARE.....HSN DOES NOT SUPPORT COMPUTER PURCHASES AND NEITHER DOES HP. She sent the computer back three times after having to deal with people for a couple hours each time. So after three times the computer doesn’t work and HP will do nothing and it’s still in the warranty period. HSN just ignored our request for help. I was looking to buy computers for my business and I now know I will NEVER by anything from HP. Pathetic customer support. GOOD RIDDANCE HP.

To whom it may concern, I’m filing this complaint because I’ve attempted for the last five days to get HSN to refund the amount of $60.59 that was fraudulently charged to my account. I’ve contacted them three times regarding this charge. The item I ordered was not in stock and yet they charged me for it. The original charge was to be in the amount of $43.22, however your company charged me $60.59. I contacted your customer service department and was told they made a mistake and my money would be for the overcharge would be refunded with in 24 hours. This has yet to happen! I. I’ve contacted my bank Chase on multiple occasions and they are unable to release my money because HSN has it in a pending status. I do not have your merchandise, I have canceled the order and I still have not received my refund. It has been more then 4 business days. I have been a loyal customer of HSN for many years. I will no longer order anything from your company! I am a disabled senior and HSN and QVC were one of my main shopping sources... You are no longer! I have started sharing my dissatisfaction with every social media outlet as well sharing my experience with all of my family and friends that shop, HSN, QVC, and Zulliy.

I purchased an item online back on November 19, which stated I would receive it within 3-7 business days. Estimated delivery date is November 29th. It's now Dec 4th, no item and I'm out money that I paid for. I asked to be emailed and no one has ever responded. I tried calling several times to speak to someone and the wait is usually an hour to hour and half. I plan on getting my item somewhere else. Please be very careful in choosing HSN to purchase anything. You will pay for something that you won't ever receive and trying to get ahold of them is worthless.
