A Google search found a stock pot I wanted and their site offered a $10 off first order coupon. Got it all set up...and nope. MY purchase wasn't eligible for the $10 off. Since then, I have been deluged daily with their email advertisements. I have tried REPEATEDLY to unsubscribe...and still they come. I wonder whether the $10-not-off coupon was just to get my email address--but you have to wonder why they think pissing me off will inspire me to buy anything from them--at this point, I wouldn't take anything FREE from them. I just want them to leave me alone. Be careful giving them your email address.

Living in rural America, my options to buy anything were very limited. Luckily, I found HSN on the TV decades ago. I found fashion trends and things that fit properly. I tried skin treatments and various makeup brands. All were totally fully refunded if they didn't work out within a month, more at holiday time. Even the shipping costs to me were refunded at HSN if an item was returned. It made living in the country feel like I was in touch with some semblance of what was going on in fashion and skincare. I currently only use hsn.com because I'm too open to their influence because their TV personalities are quite convincing. Basically I check in for the daily special and I have alerts for my favorite brands as a heads up for when they will appear on sale. Their customer service is good and when there are errors, they make it right. There is no perfection but I find their business model and the way they implement it are quite good.

Always nice gesture when a company gives Flexpay options ( time Payments) roommate and I ordered portable air Conditioners , absolutel dream, both Disabled and Hot New Mexico heat is suffering, HSN solved that problem with flexpay , nice customer service, resolution oriented, vary professional

The jewelry was shipped fast and although it was smaller than I thought, it was nice. very helpful with the ordering process and friendly people ont he phone.

I enjoy watching all the products offered by this company which is a great variety. Their payment plan allows persons to purchase many items at a great price. They are secure and the return policy is great. There is always something different on TV as well as their website.

I have been shopping with HSN now for years. Before the WWW the deals always seemed so good. But now that we have the power to search the WWW and see hundreds of stores carrying similar products at sometimes lower prices then HSN i haven't shopped here as much. However I must say i have found deals on HSN that aren't always available online at better prices.
