HSN, Inc.Reviews of hsn.com

There is a host that needs to be removed she is very annoying speaks to loud I analyzed her because I use to train people in retail I know who is good or not good been in retail 30 yrs got accomendations and Jasmine Brooks needs to go now I wanted to watch Beekman1802 turned it off because of her you have better host that do a much better job than she does take my opinion for someone who knows who is good or not good sorry to say she is awful she speaks too loud and not very interesting!

3/11/2026 Watching HSN Top Finds Channel Encore, they were selling product number 920-420 DG2 embellish pants for $79.95. I called 800-436-3344 the pants were selling for $89.95 when I called HSN because what was being televised was recorded previously. DON’T TELEVISE THE SELL PRICE IF WE CAN’T GET IT. A WASTE OF PEOPLE’S TIME.

There's too much going on and the service can't keep up with anything.

I can't order anything. An error message has been coming up for days. Please fix this site!!!

I ordered a Samantha Brown 2pc luggage set. It was defective the roller suitcase was noticably lop sided, the side pocket was on upside down so it was useless. The spin wheels did not move properly. Making it difficult to roll. And also the pull up handle was very flimsy and rocky. Sold as a sale price but they were the defective ones. Very disappointing. My husband ordered it as gift for me he Knows I like her Brand.

I am new to HSN and so far it is a very horrible experince. When trying to add a debit card from my bank that has all my money in it , to pay for my flex order, it will not allow me to add that card and to call for help. I hate f calling and listening to automated bs. Their website needs help and you can tell by the reviews something is really wrong
