Don't buy anything and expect to get free returns. I paid 160$ for antenna for tvs didnt even pick up channels went to return it cost 32$ to send back. Shop Wayfair at least they don't charge to refund undamaged items. Won't shop HSN ever again

HSN Synchrony Bank have attempted to commit Pandemic Fraud on my account allotted me a 400.credit I Only used about 275 of my credit to order in December 2019 sent them 200 for me to pay off the balance January 50.00 Weasel Cobra Vampire inside job employee took my account and ordered what they wanted.I Disputed the charge March 2020 in the midst of our lockdown. Also had a account with shop HQ they looked at my account which was 80.00 from paying the balance I was allotted 1000.00 in anyway would I need it. Within Synchrony bank there weasel of employees attempted to take 1000.00 which took me into a overdraft . 80.00 to 1000.00 is considering to be a form of a Pandemic Swindel.Shop HQ was shocked and sent me a apology with no one should have to go through indenty theft from within a bank. But Hsn keeps trying to be funny about allowing my personnel information to be stolen from within there bank .SO I am refusing to be swendled .I did not order this merchandise have not received any merchandise from Hsn it was a inside job within the bank. That is why they are so comfortable with the greed.Disputed all charges and will send there nonsense attempt to scam me back to fraud dept asking for a hearing with HSN account executive Bill Wymer and Synchrony CEO Brian Doubles. I would rather Protest and March until the worldwide news hears us than to pay them a penny Because I do not owe them anything .My representative contacted the few manufacturers to seek out who it was.OF Course it was within there bank.A unknown person received it.That is a swendel and a scam artist there so called trustworthy employee are actually factually Crooks with Grudges. I am going to make the news with HSN Synchrony Bank and make a documentary look for a great great great crowd in Florida marching until there Stockholders and Board of Directors, and HR talks with us. They should have Fired the theft and filed a police report on my behalf as Shop HQ did . January 202O don't they know 5payments has been over this is October 2020 they are getting desparate to get someone to pay the Weasel Cobra Vampire swindel. I will send anything they send that is not a apology for me back to them With a clear Message IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM you get absolutely 000 from me.I am offering . Synchrony Bank a opportunity to make the worldwide news with a dissatisfied with receipts Former Customer. Honna said it

You can expect quality in all of their products.

I was a new customer of HSN and ordered 8 Nail Files for my wife. I signed up for their mailing list and got a 15% discount. When I checked out, the discount was tiny and I could not figure out why. Then I realized that although I put 8 in my shopping cart, that they separated it into 8 separate orders with 8 separate charges and only gave the discount on 1 of the items. I ordered 8 as that was all they said they had in stock. Then the next day, I get a phone call that they are out of stock and that it will be filled within 1 month or the order will be cancelled. I will no longer be buying anything from them and am glad I did not set up an account and only ordered as a guest.

I wish I could give HSN zero stars but one is the lowest. I placed my item in the cart and there was an option for flex pay so I completed that process and it asked me to enter my payment information. When I submitted the order, there system said I did not qualify for flex pay at this time but HSN authorized the funds on my debit card. I contacted customer service and advised them of the "error." However this is not an error. It is there standard practice to authorize funds and hold them; if a person is not approved they will reverse the authorization and it should "fall off" within 3-30 days. HSN this is a disgusting practice. There has got to be some way to check eligibility before holding up funds for 3-30 days on a person you have declined. If I had $60.53 to just let a stranger reserve I would not need flex pay. It is sad that these sites charge 2-3 times the retail price but don't punish people for having limited options. I hope someone with HSN reads this and understands the bind and inconvenience this causes customers or potential customers. It is not right and this process needs to be changed. I will never even go to the website again let alone initiate a purchase. I will make sure I tell everyone I know about the experience. This sad, but I'm sure its cheaper for HSN to do it this way. They want to save their money but holding mine 3-30 days. *STAY AWAY FROM HSN AND THERE UNETHICAL PRACTICES*

fradulent company made an order they canceled it said it needed to be verified spent hours on phone with customer service and fake "verification department" make the order again they canceled it again for security reasons... neither charges made to my PayPal account were reversed... this has resulted in hours of wasted time they will try the same thing with you. they will cancel your order for bogus reasons, have you go through a process that ends in you placing the order again, that order will be canceled, and they will keep trying. their goal is to have people place as many orders as possible until they give up in exasperation. absolutely a fradulent company as numerous other reviews will attest

Emailed customer service numerous times for help with an item I ordered from them. Web site says emails are answered in 24 hours -- that's not true, it's been over a week, zero response. Bad customer service & follow-up, I've been a customer for well over a decade, rethinking that now.
