Why is the ethanol burning so fast
Why is the ethanol burning so fast, I’m having an issue with it burning off within 25 to 30 minutes, I’m using a lot of ethanol, I’ve gone thru two bottles this morning within less than an hour, is this normal or should the pad that you have at the bottom be thicker. Please advise as I really like the fireplace. Thank you

Hi Sandy, Thank you so much for choosing Houswise and for sharing this with us. We’re really sorry to hear the ethanol is burning faster than expected, especially since you’re enjoying the fireplace. Burn time should typically be around 45 minutes to 1 hour when filled to the MAX line and used with the ceramic wool insert properly in place. Since we don't have access to your email here, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can share a few helpful tips and make sure everything is set up correctly for the longest burn time possible. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we’re here to help make it right. Warmly, Sara from Houswise
