My fire pit was the best purchase ever and I love that I don’t have to think about the fuel because it comes on schedule.

The construction is solid and easy to assemble, the flame is vibrant and actually warmer than expected, I was a little surprised at how fast it goes through fluid but that's just the burning process and certainly not the product's fault at all, I guess I'll need to order more fluid eventually the cloth burning matt when necessary, great product and thank you, Ronson Quinto

It is wonderful! I am overstocked right now. We had a death in the family and had to cancel card so I will return when needed. Thank you for your prompt attention! Kriisten

Satisfied with product and pricing.

This is a fabulous table top fireplace! Very sturdy, burns beautifully. We bought the extender, to "Keep the Fire Burning". Love it!!!

Customer support was very responsive and accommodating.

easy to order and prompt communication and delivery

I absolutely love my new firepit- it adds such ambiance to my outdoor space and burns beautifully. The delivery and product was exceptional as well as the follow up customer service. I had mistakenly placed a piece included where it should not have been and they sent me a replacement piece for free. Again, every email is promptly answered. Could not be more impressed.
