Ive been trying to cancel this and your company is intentionally making it extremely hard.

My fire pit was the best purchase ever and I love that I don’t have to think about the fuel because it comes on schedule.

I like the product very much, but the subscription for fuel has been difficult to stop. I now have 18 bottles of fuel which is way too much. I tried to cancel before the product was sent several times, but their server didn’t accept the request until it was already too late to stop. I know this can happen once, but twice several months apart seems a little fishy to me. I hope it is cancelled for good now. But in 3 months I will see if they try to ship again. Disappointed.

The construction is solid and easy to assemble, the flame is vibrant and actually warmer than expected, I was a little surprised at how fast it goes through fluid but that's just the burning process and certainly not the product's fault at all, I guess I'll need to order more fluid eventually the cloth burning matt when necessary, great product and thank you, Ronson Quinto

It is wonderful! I am overstocked right now. We had a death in the family and had to cancel card so I will return when needed. Thank you for your prompt attention! Kriisten

Satisfied with product and pricing.

I want a refund. I do not want this.

This is a fabulous table top fireplace! Very sturdy, burns beautifully. We bought the extender, to "Keep the Fire Burning". Love it!!!
