I really wanted to love this tabletop fire pit. It arrived on time, was well packaged, and even included a thoughtful gift of four roasting wands and a beautiful wooden tray for making s’mores, which was a nice surprise. The fire pit itself is very well made, and I appreciate that it burns cleanly with no smoke or ash. That makes cleanup easy and is one of its biggest strengths. I also want to mention that the company’s customer service has been excellent. They were responsive, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about my experience, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match the advertised performance. I purchased the optional extender, which was supposed to increase the burn time to up to two hours. Despite using the fire pit several times, the longest burn I have recorded is about 30 minutes. That was disappointing, especially after paying extra for the extender. My other concern is the flame behavior. During every use, the flames have become quite unpredictable at times, occasionally flaring up much higher than expected. While I enjoy using it outdoors, those sudden flare-ups would make me uncomfortable using it indoors, despite the product being marketed for indoor use. Overall, this is a well-crafted product backed by excellent customer service, but it simply hasn’t performed as advertised in terms of burn time. If the burn duration and flame consistency were improved, I would gladly rate it much higher.

I had some issues with customer service and getting a missing item shipped to me. Camille stepped in and totally took care of the issue. She is an above and beyond service person for Houswise. Love my tabletop fire pit and may order another! Thank you Houswise.

Am updating my former review where I expressed my frustration at being sent too many firepits, being expected to foot the cost to return them, and then being told by bot after bot, or AI responses, that my refund had gone through from Housewise, when it had not. Finally and at long last, a human being responded, with great apology, and facilitated the refund pronto. So I did want to add, eventually after much ado, the company engaged human interaction to provde actual customer service. For that, I am grateful and updating my review....

This company has not been able to produce the product in a timely manner! I received part of the order without the fuel and was not even able to use the product! I have been waiting for weeks for the fuel! Still waiting after 4 weeks! Also, the extra pieces that accompany The fire pit are very overpriced. Finally received my fuel! The fire only lasts approximately 45 minutes and the replacement fuel very expensive. However, I have to say that there Customer Service has followed me through this whole experience!! They answered my every email and kept me up to date through the whole process. There Customer Service gets an A+! I think the shipping is terrible and I think this is a very expensive little piece of ambiance. I do love the fire Pit! If you have time, patience and extra money to spend, Enjoy!

** UPDATE They refunded the shipping and a week later one bottle of oil showed up. So they did live up to their word Charged 9.99 for before Christmas delivery and showed up Jan 5 long after it was needed. said order was to include fuel and it did not. Total waste of money. Not sure how product works as do not have fuel. Total scam in my opinion. PS: reply from them is still BS as I have emailed many times and no reply!

Their tracking system never updated and so we left wondering if had even shipped. They do not have a customer support line so your only option is to email. So i emailed asking for shipment update and received answer a week later after the item had delivered. Overall, the product is good but their customer service is NOT.

It’s nice but a full bottle of fluid only last 1/2hr of flames. The fluid is expensive averaging $10 a bottle. So to use the pit for 90 minutes costs $30. That’s not what was advertised. I’m disappointed and will be sending it back. Housewife has to come up with a solution to this. There were many comments complaining about this.

Unfortunately all fuel was leaking everywhere when we opened the boxes and I ordered extra but because they leaked we lost close to two bottles worth. Also wished I would have known to order more of the white piece since it only came with one . How long will this last??
