Exceptional product and customer service!
I absolutely love my new firepit- it adds such ambiance to my outdoor space and burns beautifully. The delivery and product was exceptional as well as the follow up customer service. I had mistakenly placed a piece included where it should not have been and they sent me a replacement piece for free. Again, every email is promptly answered. Could not be more impressed.

We ended up with 2 complete fire pits
We ended up with 2 complete fire pits, only wanting one complete set. Could not get the company to send us return instructions, in complete non-compliance with their stated 90-day return policy no questions asked. Completely ignored my requests. Also we were missing a small single-burner pit pot. Had to take a picture of all they had sent us to ‘prove’ we didn’t get the small burner. It took four months to finally get the $19.95 small pit pot. Customer Service was the worst personal experience. I would not recommend this company to any consumer.
