Stopped working after 1 year and customer service was useless. They just try and get more money out of you. Apparently this product is discontinued (probably because it was poorly manufactured and they know it’s junk). Tried to sell me another product in response. Hah why would I buy another product that’s probably just gonna break again in another year. No thank you. Stay away from this company, save your time and hard earned money

I ordered $700 with a product
I ordered $700 with a product, then 30 seconds after I ordered, they called me trying to sell me their VIP program and a bigger diffuser. I have never in 30 years ordering products and purchasing items been called right after trying to sell me more. They also sent me three text messages telling me that I missed a special promotion coupon when I ordered. Really, I wasn’t born last night! He then asked me how big my home was, stating the diffuser I had would not be big enough. I never told him how big my home was either. It was so trashy and snake oil salesman. These celebrities that do these commercials need to rethink the product they’re pumping. Maybe instead of paying all these celebrities crap ton of money, put the money back into your customer service representative and ethics for your company. When I said I was not interested in the VIP program or purchasing more products, he asked me why I didn’t want the VIP subscription program or a bigger diffuser. I don’t need to give you a reason why, you shouldn’t even be calling me after ordering $700 worth of product!

DO NOT PURCHASE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS.
DO. NOT. PURCHASE. I foolishly ignored all of the negative reviews. My tower diffuser, purchase June 30,2023 did not work correctly from the start. After being sent three different remotes and talking with “customer service and/or tech support” multiple times, it still never worked correctly. As of last month, it completely stopped working. I am now stuck with a $250 machine that doesn’t turn on and $100 worth of oils. My option was to upgrade for an additional $199 or cut my losses. Although the scent is amazing, the diffuser is so poorly made. I encourage you to read reviews across multiple sites. They all say essentially what I am saying. Don’t waste your money.

I would give this a zero if I could-SCAM
I would give this a zero if I could. It's a scam. Do NOT buy from them. I got a subscription and there are hiddend APR costs. It's not a subscription... it's a credit card and a purchase. They charge you an interest fee monthly. And now I can't cancel my subscription because customer service will not answer the calls or return calls.

I paid for a subscription which was…
I paid for a subscription which was fine.No problems there and it came with an oil diffuser to save two hundred dollars. I did not even get my third month of oil and the diffuser already stopped working. I tried to contact them There was no resolution between the two of us. So here I am to write a review this the company is strictly out for money not for quality or customers. Not to mention the oil is extremely overpriced. You can get the same stuff on amazon for literally half the price.

A Cautionary Tale
A Cautionary Tale: My Disappointing Experience with Hotel Collection and Aroma 360**
As a consumer eager to enhance my home with pleasant aromas, I was initially captivated by the slick marketing of Hotel Collection and Aroma 360. However, my experience post-purchase has been nothing short of a debacle, prompting me to advise potential customers to steer clear.
**Misleading Marketing and Hidden Costs:**
I fell for a seemingly attractive holiday deal for a studio scent diffuser, advertised at a substantial 56% discount, bringing the price from $228.44 to $179.49. This offer included a mystery item and a $50 discount card. However, the so-called "mystery item" turned out to be an e-gift, essentially a coupon on top of another coupon, which felt like a deceptive marketing tactic rather than a genuine offer.
**Product Quality and Customer Service:**
After only six uses within three months, the diffuser ceased to function. Living in Canada, I was also blindsided by unexpected duty fees, adding insult to injury. The company did offer a replacement free of charge but failed to include a necessary remote, rendering the device useless. Their resolution was to send another remote, potentially incurring additional duty fees, which I found unacceptable.
**Refund Process and Additional Expenses:**
When I requested a refund, the company's policy compounded my frustration. Not only did they require me to pay for the return shipping, but they also refused to reimburse the substantial customs fees I had incurred, totaling $200.
**Conclusion:**
My ordeal with Hotel Collection and Aroma 360 serves as a stark reminder that flashy marketing cannot compensate for poor product quality and customer service. Their approach to handling legitimate customer grievances is appalling. I strongly encourage anyone considering their products to look elsewhere. There are numerous alternatives available on platforms like Alibaba, AliExpress, and Temu that offer similar products without the deceptive practices and hidden costs. Save your money and avoid falling victim to their tactics.

Do NOT buy from this company
Do NOT buy from this company - we ordered a $200 diffuser 2 months ago and never received it. When a claim was filed with customer service, we failed to get a response.
