We have a whole home system on the VIP plan with Hotel Collection. The scents and system are great, but I would be very skeptical of the service. We don’t receive our oils on time and you will be shocked at how often the scents you want are out of stock. We paid a ton for the VIP membership and I don’t think it’s paid off. Even after sharing feedback, nothing has changed. Be wary of the VIP membership.

Worst company to get through! They charge your card and not have item in stock. It’s been over a month and they have not shipped my subscription oil. Have tried many times to call and no luck no one answers on hold for over an hr. They love to collect $$ and not ship items right away I mean if you don’t have the item in stock why collect money!!!

I've been using the Car diffuser for about 8mths, and while it works well and looks decent, the customer support is not great and the website is extremely slow and doesn't work properly. They once sent me a replacement scent when one arrived half empty after leaking during transport, which was nice, however, they will purposely ignore my emails. I wanted to change and try different scents but the website wouldn't work, and they wouldn't change it for me. I cancelled my scent subscription and went to start a new one with a different scent, but the website wouldn't let me order anything other than 1 specific one. Deliveries usually took 3+ weeks to arrive I've given up and decided to go with Arozen, which has a lot more positive reviews.

I picked the studio mister and immediately got a phone call where a nice lady attempted to upsell me for 15 mins. Took me awhile to talk her down but I managed to do it. What arrived 2 weeks later was a disappointment. The studio mister has three settings (low, med, high), and requires the use of a remote. No app access and no ability to schedule or fine tune the app. I bought one scent that I didn't love, and followed up with two more scents that I liked a little more. The product is okay I guess, but the customer support is tough (my order of scents were lost for 2 weeks before suddenly arriving without warning). Also be prepared to constantly review marketing texts to buy more scents and more products. It is an obnoxious experience. I just dropped $80 to get out of the subscription. That hurt but at least I won't be harassed!

The product itself is great. I enjoy my diffusers. Some of the scents can be overwhelming but you aren’t supposed to use it all day long. The issue is the customer service. You place an order they text and call you to subscribe. The last straw for me was an order I placed for 2 oil bottles that were not the right ones for my sets. Easy mistake. I get the typical call from them to sell me more and the rep says I think based off your order history you have the wrong bottles of oil….he was right but said sorry it’s too late to change UNLESS I subscribe!! I call customer service, and it had maybe been 30 minutes since I placed my order “oh it’s far too late we ship asap.” Took 15 days to get so that’s a lie. Again, good product but horrendous sales tactics and customer service.

Unable to reach anyone for service. The email posted on there webpage got bounced back and the chat bot closed the chat before I could communicate. The diffuser no longer works. I've attempted to trouble-shoot using alcohol to clean the unit, but it still does not perform. These units AND fragrance cost far too much for this lack luster customer service.

They definitely try to rip you off. The scents are really good.. better than most..but the company is not good. They went from 50ml in a bottle to 30ml and said that the diffuser would use less. Please..I wasn’t born yesterday. No software changes to the diffuser but it’s going to miraculously use less oil with the exact same propod. Only way it’s going to use less, is b/c it’s going to run out. All advertising seems to be a scam. They just ran a 4 hr special yesterday that literally said they were giving you two 50ml bottles of oil. When I was going to order it, it then rang up 2 30 ml of oil. I texted them and they said, it was indeed 30ml and they don’t have 50ml.. but they never changed the advertising. So many stories I could tell…

I’m not writing this review because I have the product. I am writing this review because most people with cats might not be aware but essential oils are deadly to cats. Google it. I’m just writing this to save someone an unhappy experience of God forbid. They lost their cats for using anything with the central oils in it in their home.
