Man, did I feel like I scammed with this company. Let me say that it is a legit company and you get your stuff. 1. It is way expensive for what it is. 2. They get you with Gift cards, the gift cards are the biggest scam ever. You get $50 gift card, but you can't use 2 of them on the same order, and you can't use it on oils. Then you have to pay the shipping on that any way so you are already in an extra $30 or more to use a gift card, its not worth it. I got my 2 gift cards from the $15 mystery box ($30 for that $15 shipping each time because you can't use 2 of them together and then the price of the product.... because nothing is free). 3. I will not be buying anything from them again after I do my 3 months which is next month. The scents are just way overpowering and do not smell good like if you were at a big hotel. I do a lot of reviews, I am generally a middle of the road to a high review kind of person, not a lot really gets to me. But the gift card and the shipping is not ok. i have never seen anything like this. Be cautious if you get the mystery bundle and using multiple cards at the same time.

My oil diffuser stopped working within 9 months. I’d consider a different company

New unit doesn't work. Have to wait 24-48 for return label. They'll keep it 5 days before sending replacement. I paid for expedited shipping but it'll be weeks before I get a replacement. Don't recommend the Studio Pro. New design doesn't work.

Fake!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Mystery Gift. Hote Collections sent me a discount card. I tried to go to the site it said I was able to use it at. It said bad url. I finally went to their main site, I cannot even order anything from their site, even if it I less than the amount of the discount card. They charged me $9.95 for shipping and $4.95 for safe ship for the "mystery gift" as it was. They want the same amount to ship any of their other items. Making the purchaser have to end up still having to pay out of pocket, again, to use their so called gift card.

I love the scent that is offered but I purchased 3 for my home and 2 no longer work correctly. I have reached out several times to get a replacement and was told to keep trying the trouble shooting process (which I did several times). Now this last time I was told sorry you are past the warranty period and but you can buy a new one. ABSOUTLY NOT

The absolute worst customer service experience. I have spent over $600 with this company since I purchased my diffuser tower 4 months ago and the machine randomly decided to “lock” on its own and they tell me there’s nothing they can do, and I have to repurchase a new diffuser. How can you charge $300 for a diffuser and not stand behind it? Do not fall victim to this company!

DO NOT PURCHASE! My diffuser didnt last 3 months. Contacted Customer Service they needed a video Sent the video. Their response was to offer to sell me a new diffuser at a discount (for $150) I refused, they came down to $100, still I refused. I wanted either a replacement at no charge or a refund. They would not do either. Unless you have nothing better to do with a few hundered dollars, do NOT purchase from this company. You might as well throw your money in the garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE! BIG WASTE OF MONEY!
