Avoid this company! Website/reviews look legitimate. I ordered 2 units within 3 days of each other. After emailing for weeks, They were finally sent out but they were different units even though I ordered the same product. One stopped working completely. I attempted to contact the company through email, chat, Instagram. No response. Filed with the BBB and requested money back from my credit card.

AVOID,AVOID,AVOID. This company is a scam. They take your money through a company called Glopal, but you never receive the goods. The contact form on the Hotel Collection website doesn't work, they have no phone number. When you contact Glopal they just give you the run around. AVOID this company too.

Scam!!!! This has been the worst experience! Customer service is non existent. I ordered the Tower diffuser which was sent to a completely different city. I have been trying through the online chats (total joke) for weeks trying to just get my address correct. Which is an act of god!! A month later I still don’t have my $400.00 Unit! No phone number to call. At this point I have requested a full return to my card. STAY FAR AWAY! All those IG post are influencers that are being paid. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB as well as the attorney general in Florida! Any business that does not have a number you can contact is a BIG RED FLAG! Lesson learned the hard way!

STAY WELL CLEAR!!! Scam. After a month of ‘we will dispatch it soon’ reassurances from the customer service, there was no dispatch. No product. I then asked for a refund that never came. I had to go via my credit card company to get my money back.
