If I could leave a zero I would! I ordered laundry pods two months ago and still have not received them. I have sent several emails inquiring about my order, and have heard crickets. At this point, I just want my money back!! I have to say this is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered what was advertised as a "free diffuser" promotion, completely understanding it to be a one-time transaction. At no point during checkout was it made clear that this purchase automatically enrolled me into a hidden recurring monthly oil subscription. They also do not clearly disclose that if you cancel, you will be charged for the diffuser. The information is well hidden. This company entirely conceals their ongoing contract terms from the buyer. I did not consent to a recurring plan, and I am highly disappointed by the lack of transparency. Buyer beware.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Only an AI robot will respond to you but they aren’t able to help with anything. I’ve been missing my oils and nothing is done to fix it. I’m told to fill out support forms to have a human agent help me and its been two weeks and no response. I filled out FIVE FORMS!!!!!! I called customer service snd I’m on hold for an hour and nothing! Do not waste your money!

Terrible experience, inexisting customer service. I started to have a delivery problem on my first order in June, delivered almost 2 months later and even without reception, subscription started. Then item subscription paid on October 2nd and 20 says later still waiting to be picked up by DHL and despite so many emails, forms, a robot phone number useless, I still don't have an answer from the customer service. So I cancelled all my subscription and will no longer order from them.

I purchased two hotel collection studio pro scent diffuser and both only lasted less than 6 months. Total waste of money. Wish I knew the warranty was only 6 months.

Never had a subscription but they charged me last year and I didn’t even realize they had done it until this year when they charged me again for a membership fee I NEVER signed up for. Out of the few bottles of oils I ordered, three of them had leaked and the never replaced them as I never got a reply from customer service after several attempts. The more popular oils seem to NEVER be in stock! Even when the new ones come out, and you try to order as soon as they drop. This whole business is a scam. Please just be aware that you can not get in touch with customer service if there is a problem and be sure you are not signed up for a membership you didn’t authorize as that seems to be THE major complaint.

This is an extremely fraudulent company. They lure you into their plans WITHOUT you knowing and apart from charging monthly they charge you twice as much if you try to cancel the plan. I have never had more ridiculous experience with any fragrance company. Charging 80 dollars for trying to cancel the membership that you were AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in without you knowing is instantly. Stay away from these folks. If their products were worth the purchase I wouldn’t have mind the cost but these charges for subscription are outrageous. I litterally had to close my card to avoid charges form them.

STAY AWAY!!!! I have sent 7 emails and havent got any responds..I paid 200 euros and it is 1 month ago..what a scam business
