Catherine, the Concierge Service Supervisor at Hotel Collection, is outstanding! She went above and beyond to resolve my issues quickly and efficiently. Her professionalism and dedication made my stay much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate her help and hope the hotel recognizes the incredible value she brings to the team. Highly recommend her services!

We bought a diffuser from aldi and iv got to say best ever. The smell was so strong and clean people loved it who came into our home. Very pleased with purchase.😁

I was kinda worried ordering from here after reading some of the reviews but my own experience was actually pretty decent. Shipping was faster than i thought, package came fine, nothing broken or leaking. The diffuser looks nice and the scent is subtle but fills the room in a nice way. I did get signed up for the subscription thing (didn’t notice the box on checkout) but when i reached out they replied and helped me sort it out. Took a little patience but it did get canceled in the end. Overall i m happy w the purchase. Just make sure u pay attention on checkout + know the subscription rules so u don’t get surprised later.

Customer service for Jose R was prompt and supportive. They helped with my issue on the website changing the scent. I have enjoyed the scents and diffusers work well so far with no issues and at a low setting they last a long time if they are not on 24hrs a day.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS WITH A TERRIBLE PRODUCT ,THEY LURE YOU IN WITH DECEITFUL PICTURES AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY ITS GAME OVER ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD, CRAP SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! THEY NEED TO BE BANNED FROM THE INTERNET AND OR ANY OTHER MEANS THAT THEY USED TO SWINDLE CUSTOMERS OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU ARE BETTER OFF GIVING YOUR MONEY TO A NOBLE CAUSE .DONT SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED !!! AFTER MY REVIEW, gentleman with a true conscience ang strongly affiliated with the company reached out to me. He was kind with his words and most of all empathetic to the situation. He promised to resolve the situation by providing me with the oils, I AM PROUD TO SAY THE OILS HAVE ARRIVED ,MY HOUSE NOW SMELLS LIKE THE RITZ HOTEL , I want to use this opportunity to say THANK YOU DERIC ,WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD AND IN COMPANIES. Most of all you have integrity and didnt just treat me like the previous person did. I appreciate the gesture and the oils I shouldve received earlier, I will definitely buy more as long as you work for the company. Simply because you have now established trust. Thank you to TRUSTPILOT too for having so much influence on products and mis-selling. This IS A HAPPY ENDING FOR ME.

After having a tough time cancelling my subscription, i was put in touch with Jeffrey and he was an absolute GEM. So helpful, so responsive, he deserves a raise! Thank you Jeffrey for your help!

I see so many awful reviews of this company, and I must say, I feel the opposite! Obviously, every company does not please 100% of their customers but I’ve always thought it’s a shame that nobody wants to review until they’re mad about something. I actually have my sales rep’s cell phone number and I purchased directly from their website. I will admit that I text her at times other than during business hours and she is always so sweet. I also forget that I’m in Texas and they are in Florida so we have a time difference, regardless she is so helpful. I bought one machine- A smaller one because of the price. After I got it all set up I ended up calling them back because I wanted to get a bigger one. I packaged it up and sent it back and they sent me a bigger one. My way and Island Life are my favorite scents. I can’t imagine my house without this diffuser! I am a mom of four and I have two dogs. There’s nothing like walking in the front door and smelling pure heaven. I highly recommend this company I’ve been with them for almost a year now, and have the 500ml monthly oil subscription. I will add that their tech support is very helpful too. I am not Very handy. I emailed them requesting someone to call me that has an iPhone so that we could FaceTime so I could show them my AC unit. They did exactly that! I have no complaints!
