Fraud. You better use your AMEX (oh wait, they don't accept AMEX because they know its a scam)
Worst company I have ever had to deal with and/or been entrapped with. Laundry list to follow. - they won't ship your items until a "concierge" gets ahold of you to try and convince you to spend MORE money - "free diffuser" with oil subscription, ok fine. But then to charge me $75 for shipping, and it literally come in an unprotected cardboard box?! - They promise "mystery gift worth up to $50", which turns up as a $50 gift card. Cool, until you use it. The gift card made my $71 transaction become a $156 transaction plus a FIFTY DOLLAR shipping fee. Slimy. - they give you a $75 gift card as part of the current promotion, which you can't use with the normal listed prices **mind you on the gift card issues, there is NO FINE PRINT anywhere on the website or promotional emails, you're just on your own to figure out what will work and what won't** - the diffuser is insanely loud, and leaks oil while running - the scent gave me an atrocious headache, the scent is SO artificially its should be called Clorox, not "jasmine" (the headache is clearly person-specific, though) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I feel cheated; a company that promises the best experience, to only make it feel like a shady fake-Rolex tent on a side street of China town. Save the grief, don't do it.
