Do not buy from this company!!!!!!! They send out the wrong products and myself living in the UK had to pay £75 customs fees. I stupidly signed up to their subscription which would mean incurring the same cost every month due to customs fees, which they do not make clear at all. I have sent email upon email with just generic replies, sent back to me. This company does not care about their customers one bit and their product is a load of rubbish. I have suffered severe anxiety and upset over this innocent purchase. As a company they should be taken down. They are absolutely horrific and just want your money!

I received the Hotel Collection diffuser as a gift. When it arrived, it already had oil in it and was leaking! The person who gifted this to me had the hardest time exchanging the product at its purchase price. In addition, the oils are ridiculously priced at $55. Add $19.99 for shipping, and this is a huge rip off! There is nothing to protect the oils in the shipping box. They could easily break. For $19.99, put a piece of bubble wrap in there.

I never received my diffuser and oils order. They sent it to the wrong address and have proof that they did that. However; they will not refund my money nor send me another diffuser to my correct address. I have filed several complaints and my bank is going to cover the charge and charge it as fraud.++

We ordered a $209 oil diffuser, it worked initially then the seal that the bottle screws into totally disintegrated. This happened within 6 weeks of purchase. The Diffuser then stopped working effectively and became very noisy and leaked. Contacted tis company and could not get to speak to anyone just got automated messages telling me they would discount a new unit to $150 if i would like to purchase. terrible customer service for a faulty product. Why would we purchase another one when the unit is so poorly made. Do not use this company

This business is absolute TRASH! I'd love to be able to leave a review on their product; however, I still have not received it after a MONTH! They do not engage in a solution, nor do they provide any definitive shipping or tracking information. This place is a complete scam. The only way to get your money back is to file a claim with your credit card company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!
