Diffuser didn't last 2 months before failing catastrophically, leaking oil everywhere and damaging the furniture it was placed on. Customer Service was no help, and decided that instead of providing some service, this was a good opportunity to attempt to upsell me on a more expensive device. What a joke of a company. They're also scamming folks who sign up for a subscription and are being investigated.

I bought a diffuser package from this company for my son as a Christmas gift. It never worked. I have been going back and forth with what they call “customer service” which is a joke. They still to this day have not sent me a diffuser that works. Go read the google reviews. I should have done this before purchasing. So disappointing.

SCAM! They do not deserve any stars! They will rope you into a 3 years of expensive monthly payments for oils and they don’t allow you to cancel. Takes forever to receive a response from the company. I asked to speak to a manager to cancel this nightmare subscription. Who would pay 3000 dollars for oils?!!! They told me someone would return my call in 24-48 hours. Still crickets. Stay away from this misleading awful company .

I bought 2 Studio aromatic generators on Jan 11, 2024. Close to $500.00 One of the generators timer did not work and still doesn’t. I emailed these people 3 times before I got a person named Shan. So, I told the person what the problem was and he told me that the Studio generator that they sold to me 5 weeks ago was not offered anymore!!!!! That I need to give them another $100.00 for the new “wireless unit” They can go hug a root!!!!!

Less than 2 month after buying this product, the diffuser leaped oil all over my brand new sofa table and completely destroyed it. Called Hotel Collection and instead of doing right by the customer and refunding me or replacing my $600 table, they tried to get me to upgrade the product for an extra $99. This company has been a headache from the moment I purchased, seeing me up for an automatic delivery of oil reach month, without my consent and the constant phone calls to upsell. DO NOT BUY FROM HOTEL COLLECTION!!!

I liked this diffuser for a couple of months. And then it just stopped diffusing scent. I did all the cleaning and troubleshooting they told me to do and it still doesn’t work. When I explained this to their customer service they told me to go through the steps until it worked. Basically they just gave me going in circles doing same troubleshooting with no repair of problem. That was no help and basically I’m just stuck with piece of trash. Dont buy!!

I don’t even want to give it one star. Terrible company, terrible products, and the return policy is awful! You basically keep their crap or lose all of your money. Do not order from them!!!!

NOTHING BUT A SCAM!! They don't send products ordered, don't honor discount codes and they DON'T CARE. SAVE YOUR MONEY and also beware of Aroma360 as this is a subsidiary of Aroma360. Very shady.
