My experience is better than other reviews I’ve read. My tower diffuser shipped quickly and I received it in under a week. My diffuser worked immediately, however, the remote did not. The instructions to reset the remote did not align to the remote I received. Instructions say to push a blue button that says 35% (something like that), my remote had none of these buttons. After some serious online hunting I found an Amazon review that provided instructions to reset the remote I actually received. Perfect, it works now. The scent is lovely. If only it could be smelled anywhere further than 2-3 feet away from the tower. The scent doesn’t fill a 300 sq ft room despite being advertised that it would scent up to 800 sq ft…not even close. So disappointing because the scent is truly amazing. Fortunately, I did not pay the full price of $599. I purchased during a sale and paid a little over $200. So relieved! I would be livid had I paid full price for a product that simply does not hold up to the hype. I don’t feel ripped off, but the product is absolutely not worth the cost. Overall, it’s “OK”.

Went through two diffusers which failed to perform. They tried to sell me an upgraded one. When I asked for a refund, no one ever responded. All of their products are very expensive and frankly not worth the money. This company has integrity issues. Should receive no stars but that option not available.

A complete money making scam. I purchased the incredibly overpriced laundry detergent and the $15 “mystery gift”. The “gift” was a $50 card that causes a buyer to spend more money on their website. The laundry detergent was not scented. Very disappointed.

I had been considering this company and product for months and finally pulled the trigger. I am so sorry I did not research and read reviews prior to doing so. This company Is horrible and multiple platforms state the same. I ordered my item on May 8th and after they tried to pressure sell me on a bigger item. Glad I declined, but here's the thing I still have not received my initial order. They've taken my money with no other updates. I had to file a dispute with my bank. This company will be on American Greed in the next year-trust me!

I left a bad review on their website yet it never showed up, so obviously they are screening their reviews. My diffuser broke after 5 months and they wouldn't do anything to replace it since their crappy warranty is only 90 days. Terrible customer service. Expensive product for something that is only guaranteed for 90 days.

i bought a deffuser from hotel collection it arrived broken. i called them and they gave me a runaround and never got it replaced. do not buy from hotel collection.they are a scam.and there products are over priced.check around.

I say do not buy this. After two weeks stop working. Customer service is horrible. I can’t say this enough DO NOT BUY.

Just don’t do it, it’s a scam. The machine breaks almost immediately after purchase and warranty is only good for 90 days.
