Customer service is a joke! have a subscription for my diffuser…
I have a subscription for my diffuser and tried to switch scents. Instead their glitchy system signed me up for a second subscription which I tried to cancel. It’s virtually impossible to do so! They offered me all kinds of “deals” not to cancel but when I responded with “no thank you, please just cancel the subscription” they basically ghosted me. I had to cancel the payment method to stop the charges.

The candles won't maintain a flame
The candles won't maintain a flame - and there is no response to emails from customer service. There is also NO number to call. I spent $50 on three candlesticks that won't burn and can't get a refund!

Don't do it - it won't turn out well...
I placed an order on 5/20/2024 for a family plan $145.95, and never received an order number or confirmation email. Checked my credit card and and was charged $229.65. I called on 5/22 and Juan told me it was a new system bla bla bla and he will immediately fix it and will send confirmation with order number and the refund would post in a couple days. I immediately received a follow-up email from Juan stating the purpose of my call and that I will receive everything he said. I never received another email and no refund for the overcharge. I called on 5/29 and spoke with Francesca and she said it was a new system etc. and Juan was no longer with the company. She put me on hold a few times to "check on things", and disconnected my call. I called back multiple time on 6/3 and 6/4 to cancel this crap and am put in hold purgatory and eventually disconnected.
I was told I have to talk to the Family Plan group and was transferred (number is 888-222-0175) and after 1.5 hrs on hold an automated message came on and stated they were closed for the day and to call back.
I called back the next day and after a 1hr hold spoke with Darynilsa who told me she wasn't part of the Family Plan and I would have to email them. I received an email from Laura ( drloyalty @ aroma360.com). It looks like I'll probably have to setup a call with them and go through the hassle I see others are having with cancelling.
Fortunately I used AMEX for the purchase and I have never had an issue with them taking care of this sort of thing from their end.
I should have checked Trustpilot first instead of last.

Wife bought a blue Hotel Collections…
Wife bought a blue Hotel Collections bathroom mat for $40 from the Bay and it lasted about two months, all the stitching unraveled and became all deformed in shape, total garbage! What a nerve charging this much, I try and stay away from this Chinese crap, but it’s getting harder every day.

Shipping has literally taken almost 3 weeks
Cons: Shipping is way expensive! I paid $25 for shipping and it took almost 3 weeks to receive. On instagram they have appeared to suppress/delete negative comments too!
Pros: However the product smells really good. I purchased Paradise and Cabana and they are pretty amazing scents.

An absolute scam of a company
An absolute scam of a company. I decided to try their offer of starting a subscription with a free diffuser and paid an initial $180.
After 2 weeks, I received a faulty device. I spent hours going back and forth with their support to explain that it didn't turn on or do anything, and then finally got an email telling me to ship it back.
I went to FedEx, shipped back the device, and then: nothing. I waited three weeks, and absolutely nobody replied. In the meantime, they already charged my card for another month. (Note that I don't even have a diffuser.)
After receiving yet another email telling me they would charge my card, I reached out to them again and got a reply from "Mary" saying (Quote):
"Upon reviewing your order HC1111043, it appears you took advantage of a promotion offering a complimentary Studio Pro Diffuser with an oil subscription. As per the terms of this deal, you agreed to maintain your oil subscription for 3 months. Unfortunately, cancellation at this time is not permitted under these terms."
What on earth makes them think they can put someone on a subscription while not even providing the product that comes with it?
Upon reading the other reviews on here, I've also noticed several other people mention faulty devices for their subscriptions. It wouldn't surprise me if they started this subscription "Promo" (Free diffuser with a subscription) and purposely ship out their faulty devices just to make some extra cash off of these. (Especially after seeing that Youtube video on some of their practices).
I now disputed the payments they took, and my card issuer had to block my card to prevent them from charging it again after I sent them screenshots of the reviews and the YouTube video showcasing their scams.
Stay far away.
