Overcharged for twice the amount of item and never received the item. Run away from this company they are constantly not shipping item but you get a nice invoice in the box they ship. I wish I had read the reviews prior because it has happened to almost everyone that orders

Strong arm tactics then your stuck and cannot cancel becuase somehow you're locked into a commitment. Over priced. Can't wait until I can actually cancel.

Any time I've needed to call customer service about an order gone wrong I'm hold for at least 30+ minutes before someone answers. Today I finally got someone on the phone, our call got disconnected (they already had all my info) and they never called back. Soooo... I called back and waited 45 minutes to speak with someone to cancel my subscription. I wasn't able to do it online. A pop-up comes up and gives a phone number to call. I tried the chat box while I was on hold and it said someone will be with you in 3 minutes, 20 minutes later, no-one, so I just stayed on hold while we drove to our destination. I cancelled because the orders take forever to arrive. They charge you for it and send it out about 3 weeks later. That's way too long. They have their scents on Amazon. I'm assuming it would be faster to get it that way without having to pay the huge shipping fee that takes forever to arrive. Also, don't believe the BBB reviews. They ask you to review them on there after they "solve" your issue.

TOTAL JUNK! THE PLACE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! THE LIQUID JUNK THEY SAY IS A SMELL IS ALSO WORTHLESS! Shame on them for selling junk that doesn’t work! I already contacted BBB with a complaint! Why are they allowed to do business, Amazon needs to cut ties with let too! ALSO AROMA 360 is junk and associated with hotel collection.. JUNK JUNK JUNK!

A scam company - They talked me into signing a contract. Not telling me it was with a separate credit card company. The equipment arrived by wouldn’t work with my aircon system. Their engineers said wouldn’t work and I could return it. After numerous calls they sent me a return label and I returned it but have the credit card company chasing me for payments even though I returned the equipment - watch out it’s a scam! Tried calling them. Just got music on reel. (UPDATE: Charge has not gone through so may have finally resolved, but been a nightmare!)

Terrible and completely unethical company. Total scam. I bought a spray which turned out to be a cheap knockoff that had bad after chemical odor. I tried to return it the same day and I realised I would have to pay the shipping (again) and they would charge almost half for restocking fee. I was furious. I sent an email to CS but it was returned by sender because their mailbox was full. I finally got a hold of someone through chat and they were sending scripted responses. I told them I would contact my bank so they said they would send me another scent to try. The second spray was even worse. I’ve tried to write my review on their website, Instagram, and other sites but they get deleted and I’ve been blocked. Think about this everyone! Why do they have perfect reviews?? There is reason they only sell online as no reasonable person would ever buy this if they could test it in person first. The company and that “k” family behind it are shameless and they have no problem taking your money. I hope you see this before ever buying. Run away!!!

The customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a new diffuser and immediately started getting phone calls. When I called back (within an hour of placing the order mind you) I was informed that it would require one of their newly designed scent pro pods as the oil I currently have would not work. I requested that my order be cancelled immediately via email and through their site as instructed by the customer service person I spoke with. Next thing I know they are shipping it to me and didn’t respond to any communication until 2 days later. I will NEVER order another item from them or their sister company and when this item comes I am sending it back immediately. I am tired of business trying to push subscriptions that I am not interested in. They can and should do better. I will be contacting the attorney general about this behavior and their tactics when a customer wishes to cancel an order that had not been shipped. Literally, I cancelled within an hour of placing the order. We all know it takes them a few days to get the orders out the door.

Ruined my clothes! At first was fine with sheets. Then I tried washing clothes with these pods!!! Ugh having to throw away my favorite hang out tank tops x3, sweat pants & ruined at least one nurse uniform. Waiting for the next load to complete to asses total damage. Do not buy!!!! Will ruin clothing! No way to post a picture but it looks like grease stains all over!
