Great experience with Gina
Gina Perkins emailed me to let me know that I had points available with Honest Paws. I responded to her letting her know that we no longer had any dogs. She was sincerely sorry for the loss of our dogs and mentioned that my points could be transferred to someone else. Gina was very thoughtful and helpful. She is definitely an asset to Honest Paws!

Almost immediate response to my question
I sent an email asking how to redeem my rewards points. Within 5 minutes, I had 2 emails in response. One saying thank you for reaching out and the second with a phone number and a link to a video that showed exactly how to redeem the points. So helpful!

For large dog breeds
For large dog breeds, the quantity per package is too small. The product does work as advertised.

I called today August 29
I called today August 29, 2024 because I received the item that I was not expecting. I was very upset because I had ran out of the calming CBD and by mistake I ordered the wrong one. Genesis was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to explain the error and place the correct order. Also gave me the current promotion discount and expedited the order by sending it by UPS. I am appreciative of the care she gave me today.
