So we ordered the hemp cbd drops for our elderly dog. The drops worked great! But our little dog ended up passing. I saw an email that the order was being renewed (i had set a subscription) I tried to login to cancel, the website wouldn't let me in. I tried to reset my password, never got the email to reset it. I emailed them, but it took a few days for them to reply. By then, they had already shipped the item. They were so incredibly kind. They told me to keep the CBD oil and gift it to someone who could use it, and they processed us a full refund. THANK YOU for having a heart. I know you are a decent sized company, but a $100 refund is a big deal to us. Thank you for being so incredibly kind

The Mobility CBD oil has been great for my senior dog in helping with reducing his joint pain as well as other pain due to melanoma. I think the turmeric in it makes it more appetizing as well. Additionally, their customer service is top notch, especially the agent named Genesis. They're always willing to listen and do whatever they can to keep a customer happy, which is not common these days.

I needed to take a break from the product. Gina was very helpful. My subscription was cancelled and that was it. No hassle at all. A very positive experience. As soon as we figure out what's going on with our dogs I'm sure we'll be back.

My 15 yr old Beagle has been diagnosed with stage 3 kidney failure. She has joint pain that I would like to help her with. I reached out to see if the cbd oil would bother her kidneys. Gina answered my email very promptly with great advice.

The calming chews are fine. They seem to help somewhat in calming our Golden Retriever's car riding anxiety. But, don't bother paying extra for expedited delivery. I ordered early Wednesday morning and received notification of expected delivery sometime the following Tuesday. A week? Doesn't seem so fast to me. Save yourself the disappointment and a few bucks.
