Works, but POOR customer service.
Product works as advertised, though my dog did not like the taste of the drops or treats. Issue though is customer service. As others report, they make it difficult to cancel recurring shipping, and charge for a return, which almost no one does these days. Even after I explained the issue, that they failed to cancel the auto order, they refused to provide refund, and then simply stopped responding to my emails. There are many options out there with better customer services.
