Thank you Genesis! Great Customer Service
I have made several purchases from Honest Paws. We love the products for our 13 year old golden retriever. I made a mistake and made a duplicate order today. Within minutes Genesis responded to my email and corrected my mistake. She made the process so easy and got back to me quickly to ensure the right order would be shipped. Thank you Genesis!

I was hesitant to try this.
I was hesitant to try this. The hemp product I was giving to my dog was discontinued. I had to do a bit of research about the various hemp products out there. I discovered that some products are more effective than others due to hemp processing.. My 15 year old dog has nighttime anxiety and takes a prescription medication for anxiety. But it does not relax her or help her get to sleep. Your Honest Paws works really well for her. And quickly. Very happy to have found HP.

Amazing customer care
I ordered from this company for the first time about a week ago. The order arrived quickly but my beloved 12 year old dog, Chloe, passed away before we could use the products purchased. We are devastated, but Antonio J. took my call, listened to me and was so compassionate and caring. He gave me a refund and asked me to donate the products, which I will definitely do. Thank you Antonio for showing care as we struggle with the fact that our miniature schnauzer has crossed the rainbow bridge. I am humbled and grateful.
