Excellent customer service!!
Crystal was such a pleasure to work with! My package was stolen from my front porch and Crystal not only refunded me for the lost items but gave me an extra 15% off the additional items I had to order to replace the ones that were stolen. I’ve never had a company offer such excellent customer service and it was such an easy, stress free experience. Thank you Crystal and Honest Paws!!

Crystal went above and beyond

Outstanding customer Service
Outstanding customer Service. Initially I was having a little trouble with my order but Crystal responded to my emails in a quick and very friendly manner. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything got ironed out!

Snaps to Neeah & Honest Paws
Neeah was such a pleasure to work with! We had a little mixup with our order, and she didn't so much as even hesitate in getting my products back out to us so quickly! After a terrible week of experiences in the world of customer service, this company was an absolute breath of fresh air! It's nice to know there are still people out there doing the right thing, are for the people, & appreciate their customers! Also, our 2 puppies LOVE the treats and coconut oil. Thank you so much!

Great Experience!
Great products and awesome communication! Crystal helped resolve a shipping issue with no hassles, refunded my shipping fee and overnighted a new product right away! Looking forward to buying again!

Neeah great to work with
Neeah was very easy to work with. Have ordered twice from here for CBD oil for my fur babies and will definitely continue to order. 2nd order did not arrive but Neeah took care of it immediately by sending another order quickly. Greatly appreciated, thank you!
