I reach out to Honest Paws with a shipping concern. My tracking hadn't updated and my package seem to be stalled in CO. When I emailed them with my concern Gina responded almost immediately and was very helpful. My baby just started taking their CBD chews and hopefully they are as helpful as their costumer service.

My subscription shipment was lost and UPS had not been helpful in resolving the issue or even allowing me to submit a claim for it. I contacted Honest Paws' customer service and received a response the very next day that they had reissued the item free of charge via FedEx, and it arrived only two days after my first contact! On top of providing a great product, they are truly amazing to their clients. Thanks for everything!

Received my order of fish oil in the mail. The cap had come loose and the seal was broken. Oil had leaked all over everything including other peoples mail. I emailed customer service. Gina emailed me back very promptly. After sending photos and several emails back and forth including sending copy of my receipt I got no response. I called the customer service phone number no answer and no return call. After several days I then got another email from Gina saying since I didn’t respond they were closing my ticket.

Gina was very concerned with the issue I had and followed up on my next order to make sure it was all good. I appreciate Great customer service like this. Thank you very much Gina

My senior girl who has seizures has been using WELL CBD oil for a while now and since being on it has done great ! Been working with my vet and even she is impressed with the results! I also give her the CBD mobility chews and is doing great on those too.. I am also happy with honest paws customer service. Gina has been so helpful with my last order and even was nice to follow up.
