I am still having difficulty with a subscription rhythm, due to our changes no doubt. I need two bottles of (feline) CBD oil every 30 days, but it looks like I have two subscriptions, one for 30 and one for 60 days! It's very confusing, and I suspect due to my difficulty in having a deep conversation with staff.

Had a small issue with logging into my account and receiving a “reset password” email this morning. Late for my day after troubleshooting for about 10-15 mins, I chose to reach out via email to the customer support team for assistance. A few hours later, during my lunch, i opened my email and saw i had received a response from customer support and a reset password email. Thank you to the customer support team and Miriam for being so prompt and concise!

Somethings dangerously wrong with this product. I ordered two bottles of calm CBD oil for dogs in March 2025 and they've had CBD oil before. I gave them the recommended dose for their weight. The first time I did this with my older dog 2 weeks ago--he nearly died and activated charcoal saved his life. I didn't attribute his near death illness & experience to this product until I used a little bit last night on my other dog. Now she's going through the exact same thing. Almost 24 hours of extreme illness and debilitation. She can't eat. She's barely walking and she's not functioning. We're waiting to hear from her emergency vet. I fear she may not be able to turn around like Gabe did. Edit: on March 29th--my dog Bunny, a healthy 7 year old Lhasa Apso passed away from sudden acute kidney failure & pancreatitis. This was the last product she had & the same symptoms my older dog experienced & overcame. I'm devastated. There's something seriously wrong with this product. I would highly caution any dog lover or fur baby owner to think twice before using this brand. do not put your baby at risk. I wish I hadn't...
