I recently made a purchase, however our beloved Simba passed away before using the products. I reached out for guidance on returning the product and was met with the most amazing, sweet and personal email offering condolences to our family and no regard for the return of the product but simply refunding my money. Their concern was for my family and our sorrow and not their profit. I will be a return customer when we have the need again for pet products. Impressive company with a heart in this crazy chaotic world.

The CBD drops worked well on a reactive and anxiety ridden foster GSD I had for a while. Evenings became a less hectic and she would lay quietly for a couple of hours.

My dog loves the prebiotics. I mix it in milk and he devours all! As to the CBD tablets, the jury is still out. I’ve only given them one time to both my older dog and my puppy. My puppy ate it immediately but I didn’t notice any difference in her calm state. She still was full of energy. My older dog sniffed it and would not take it. He is very finicky. I need to use these more before offering a true opinion.

Poor customer service! We ordered 2 weeks ago and we are out of stock and you can't even say when we'll get our delivery. Besides that it took weeks to even reply to our inquiry. You need better personnel!

My pup was out of his CBD which he takes for his back leg. Poor thing was in pain. I requested my order be expedited. I received his medicine the next day! I'm so thrilled with Honest Paws I can't thank them enough! I have since updated my subscription to 2 bottles instead of just one.

I emailed through the website to inquire why a subscription order shows as paid but unfulfilled, and while the person responding has been super friendly, twice now they've assured me the order was cancelled but no refund has come through, and the order status still shows as paid/unfulfilled (from a month ago). We've always found the product helpful but at this point I'm thinking it might be best to cancel all future orders.

My dog goes thru bouts of diarrhea and vomiting. That’s why I decided to try your probiotic. But while taking it she had several days of the diarrhea/vomiting episode. So my vet gave me a prescription strength containing 10 billion colonies. So after that was gone I ordered OTC version 5 billion colonies. But the colonies were totally different than yours. So I am staying with that right now. Not sure if yours made her not feel well or if it was a coincidence. That’s the story.
